I have heard about Paul falling of of that horse for over 40 years, Christians telling the story about the conversion of Paul.. Now here is my point of entry. Sometimes as Christians we have heard things about scripture in the institutional church so long and we think it is bible. I am going to use “Rainer” quote for a example, but i am not attacking him at all. I know he has read that story of countless times about “Paul’s” conversion even when Paul testified before “ Felix” and “King Agrippa”. No matter how many times he read it, there was no horse in the story. Why did he put that horse there, like many has done. Getting to the point ! When many of us read scripture sometimes the enemy snatch at certain points to distort and replace with something we heard. 1st. He starts with little things and go unnoticed , little by little this type of movement grows. “You get the point “
“a little leaven spoils the whole lump” (Gal. 5:9).
New American Standard 1977
“Catch the foxes for us, The little foxes that are ruining the vineyards, While our vineyards are in blossom.”
I hope some body find that horse, if they do I will be glad, if so, dis-regard this post. Then we can continue on to the edification of the Saints of God without delay.
“Rainer’s” quote:
“The story goes that on the road to Damascus, he had a vision of Jesus as he fell off his horse and became a believer.”
