My apologies for what harm I may have inflicted upon you.

I did not equate repentance with confession. Repentance is a change of mind, a turning from rebellion and back toward God, and while we are admonished to flee sin, no one lives perfectly sinless - no one. That is precisely the reason we are exhorted to confess our sins whenever we do sin and to plead for God's great mercy. All we have sinned, some have sin that besets, and all we who are in Christ know that our sin is wrong. What we do after the Spirit convicts us of our sin is change our minds about it and turn from it. We need to repent from sin every day, even until the day we die, for it is not only our deeds in the flesh, but our bitter and sinful thoughts also.

Sometimes, upon salvation, a particular 'sin' will leave completely. With others, there might be a sinful 'something' that has been forgiven, but because we still have a human nature to deal with, there might be occasional slip-ups. We talk to God about 'it' and do okay for a while , then something happens and we slip back into a rut that we know isn't right. Satan knows our weaknesses, too. He likes to taunt us. So, yes, some of us do have inner things that only us and God is aware of. And that Can hinder our spiritual growth. And some of us Are slower learners than others. That's probably why we need to pray for one another, Be an encourager.

Jesus Blood is to valuable, and powerful, it is not wasted, as many would make you thing. Once He purchased you, He does not give you back , to the "slave traders". This type of teaching is not of GOD. But this is the Truth: And if you run away, He has Angels that will search you out! "Fear not little flock"

this reminds me of how lately I have been convicted to the real true meaning of needing a savior,, although I have been changed and no longer a slave to sin, I still sin, just the other day I pulled up to a house for work and someone was parked in the spot I was planning on parking (got a big truck and trailer) and first thought in my head was not a very nice thought,, I immeditaley went to Jesus because he is my savior, and just asked for forgiveness, I am well in tune with the fact we are all sinners,, trust me I know I need a savior,,,,
