Also something that came to mind when I heard about this, there is strong evidence of what's called a polar flip.
I read an article not long ago saying that everything is ripe for a polar flip.
What I know about polar flips is that they occur every 6 to 16,000 years and cause tsunamis, hurricanes, earthquakes and a lot of other destructive forces of nature.

What was more interesting to me was the fact that in one article they denounced the fact that a polar flip was possibly happening with the SAA and in another article they said it was a possibility.

Yehovah, who knows every future event, has not fortold of a Polar Flip. It is vain to worry, especially when God is in control.

Actually we don't know if a polar flip is prophesied or not. I think the scholars have a hard enough time trying to figure out what a lot of the things are in Revelations.

It's just technology. Note their own published articles on these things going in opposite directions to deflect responsibility for any unnatural damage they continue to do.

Well let me ask you this was all your 30 years of the scriptures. Are the two witnesses real people? If they are are they people like Moses and Elijah come down from heaven? Or are they born in this world and are already here, just unknown to us until the time comes?

It will not cause physical damage, or changes in tides. It may affect the weather a little because turns out solar radiation triggers cloud formation.

The website Ezekiel's fire lays out a lot of arguments for a solar flare being a potential fufillment of "burning a third of the earth" since a third of the earth is exposed to the sun (technically half, but no one lives on the poles)

From what I've read about pole flips , studys state there would be 3 to 4 weeks of tumultuous events such a tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanic activity and other things.

We simply dont know. As for the pole flipping, it could be triggered by changes in the convection currents in the mantle, which means you could have thousands of years time delay between increased crustal slippage, volcanoes, etc. And the pole flipping.

While the poles are moving, (we dont know if it decays to a low value then rotates. Or if it remains at full strength while rotating) you do have dc currents induced in the crust, but it is too low to even measure the thermal temperature increase in the crust.

so for what its worth the electrical conductivity of the earth's crust will limit the rate of change of how quickly the poles could flip. this can actually be calculated, and its probably in the miles per year number. not miles per week.

When we have solar flares that push the earths magnetic field to change in both intensity and direction, east west power transmission lines will get some voltage on them, on the order of 1 to 10 volts per mile. this is enough voltage to push around 10 to 100 amps through transformers designed to not have any dc current flowing, so they saturate and burn up. many of the larger transformers are running mostly un grounded delta connections (at least on one end) and don't have this problem.

right now the strength of the earths magnetic field could be re-created by a single turn solenoid coil wrapped around the equator.. carrying about 1 billion amps.

sounds like a lot, but when you spread 1 billion amps out over 8000 miles times 10 miles deep (assuming only the earth's crust 8000 miles wide and 10 miles deep would carry the induced current during a pole flip) then it comes out to 205 billion square meters of cross sectional area... to carry 1 billion amps. or 5 miliamps per square meter. at a resistance of 1 ohm per cubic meter, you're limited to 5 millivolts per meter, inducing 5 milliwatts per cubic meter of heat. or 8 volts per mile.
the resistance 60 kilometers down, on the order of 30 ohms per meter.. sure the resistance is a lot higher, but we've tripled the cross section to 40 miles deep. the ocean at 0.2 ohms per meter.. is going to concentrate voltages at the shores and this will be enough to cause problems.. again, entirely depends on how fast the pole moves. its probably going to be very slow.

8 volts per mile is enough voltage to produce some heat in any continuous conductor, but its not enough to melt anything, or even heat up the wires beyond their normal temperature range in most cases.

while the peak current would depend on the rate of change of the earths magnetic field, the 1 billion amps spread out over 80000 square miles of dirt represents the current required to cancel out the earths magnetic field and reduce it to nearly zero.
