GOD'S PERFECT PEACE
May the God of Hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Rom 15:13
Today my prayer is that we'd all find the joy and peace that comes from choosing to believe God's Word over circumstances. Jesus said that in this world we'd have trouble, but He wants for us to find peace and strength in Him. He said, 'don't let your heart be troubled and don't be afraid for I have overcome the world.' For those who are self seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil there will certainly be trouble and distress, but glory, honor and peace for all who do good.'
Submit to God and be at peace with Him, in this way prosperity (His perfect will), will come to you. For surely, God will keep in perfect peace those whose mind is set on trusting Him. Don't stay troubled about anything, but with thanksgiving, pray, and share your heart openly with your Heavenly Father, who truly does hear you and the peace of God which goes beyond all understanding will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus! Let the peace of Christ rule in your heart and mind.
The Lord gives strength to His people (you have not because you ask not), and the Lord blesses His people with peace! Hear the voice of your Lord today: 'Do not fear for I am with you; do not be discouraged for I am your God. I will strengthen you and I will help you; I will uphold you! So do not throw away your confidence it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised.
Whatever is true and right, whatever is pure and praiseworthy think about such things and then do what you know is right and the God of peace will be with you! We all make mistakes, and sadly enough sometimes we choose to sin deliberately but we all must move on from those errors in judgment asking God to forgive us and empower us so that we don't go back to the same unfaithfulness and we have His promise that He will not only forgive us but that He'll remember our sins no more!
Receive the joy and peace God has for you today. If we who are human know how to give good gifts to each other then how much more will our Heavenly Father pour out gifts upon those who are His! Trust in your Lord and all His promises because He is faithful. Rejoice in the joy of your salvation and remember, He is with us always!!!
