We all seek a perfect love
a love that would make life complete
but where in this world can that be?
such a one we would love to meet

Such love can be found
for God to earth did send
His only son displaying such love
so our penalty of sin would He mend

Jesus the perfect son of God
displays a love beyond compare
greater than life itself
for it's something so very rare

For this Jesus gave His life
being crucified for all our sin
so we can be truly justified
this for us Jesus did win

So Jesus is our love
the greatest love of all
one better than life itself
as always at our call
