A New Life in Christ

Hi, everyone! I started a new life in Christ today at the age of 43. It's taken me this long to realize that the only solution to my problems -- alcohol among others -- is to seek salvation through Jesus. I found a small chapel in the town where I live, and I went there today and met a group of true believers. I felt like I had really come "home".

I spend a lot of time reading the Scripture nowadays. I feel like I've lost so much time already! I want to grow in the Spirit!

I don't know how to thank you all for your kind encouragement. I feel like I know and love each one of you.

This is all so astonishing! So mind-blowing! Not only have I changed the direction of my life here on earth, but I have changed my ultimate destiny too! And the wonderful part is that I already find myself surrounded by loving, supporting fellow believers. It's like a built-in family!
