How precious is Your steadfast love, O God! The children of men take refuge and put their trust under the shadow of Your wings. Psalm 36:7 AMPC
Praise is released from the lips of those God has heartened and encouraged. They’re in the best position to recognize miracles. Why? They have chosen an investment strategy that pays dividends.
Resist a surface relationship with God. It doesn’t please Him. It never helps you.
You might have wondered if God can be trusted, if His love is forever, and if His refuge has room for you. But when you choose a deeper relationship with Him, you have access to the right answers. You can enjoy the tangible benefits of God’s care for you. You can share what you’re learning with people who need to take heart and have no idea how to do it, if they can, or shy it’s important.
When you encounter people unsure about whether they can or should follow God, just know they may be wrestling with these same issues. They may be under the impression that God is unapproachable.
Psalm 36 gives you the hope that there is rest, peace, and love in the presence of God. He wants to be known—by you.
Prayer: I want to view You as amazing, Lord. Not just in this moment, but in every moment of every day. Give me the peace that’s more complete than I could imagine and a hope that knows one day I will meet You face-to-face.
