Simple: God said that in the day you eat, you'll surely die. Since that happened, and Adam remained PHYSICALLY alive, then obviously his death was Spiritual.

I am going to ask this question again, in which i thought i used plain "english syntax." "Where is it recorded in all of "Holy Scripture" that Adam was "spiritual alive"? So read this question very slowly and if you do not know what a question is or how to answer a question, Google it. Or look in your english grammar book on grammar rulers of order.
