When I Copy from Word and try to Paste I am instructed to remove --- Links.
I had no Links.

Copy your item from wordpad rather than directly from Microsoft Word

This stops the pasting and link problem

you can also try using the "preview post" and it will show the links that are embedded in the text and you can delete them that way too.

Removing "(at)daughterforligh" from your post allowed me to reply.
Previously the system complained about "links"
