If you mock the holy spirit, especially on a video, then repent and truly mean it and want the lord's forgiveness, and you regret it very much, can you still be forgiven if you are really sincere?

Daniel there is only one unforgivable sin, blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, which is unbelief and rejection of a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. As the thief on the cross who was saved at the last moment of his life, we are shown we can actually push our luck right up to that point and still be saved. You have stated multiple times in multiple threads that you are born again, so if that is true, all your sins past, present, and future are forgiven.

Now would be the time to yield to the Holy Spirit's influence in your life and allow Him to start purifying you and giving you the Fruit of The Spirit which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self control. Against these things there is no law.

Trust in Jesus' sacrifice for your sins, confess Him before men, and be assured you are His. Then give up all this constant worrying about how bad you've sinned, and start abiding in Him!

But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

When we really look into the 3rd chapter in the book of Mark, we will learn that great multitude from Galilee followed Him, and from Judea and Jerusalem and Idumea and beyond the Jordan; and those from Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they heard how many things He was doing, came to Him.

In the same chapter, we learn that the Scribes and Pharisees were amongst the multitudes, yet they rejected Jesus as being God in the flesh. Hence they were rejecting the only one true way of being saved from eternal separation from Almighty God.

The Scripture teaches us that if we reject Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, then we are committing the unpardonable sin, that is, the sin of rejection.

If you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, then you are a Child of God (John 1:12) and you are sealed by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13)

When we sin, as I know I do, simply repent of your sin and ask God to forgive you – then believe that He has done so.

Sin, any sin, is what ultimately separates us from God. But, Jesus died for that and for those who have recieved God's free gift of Grace and Faith. So, if you believe, you are forgiven. Once you do that, God gives you instantly the best of all, himself. He does this by indwelling you with his Holy Spirit. The result is a true Christian with a second birth, a spiritual birth or what the Bible refers to being "Born Again" : John 3:5 .
The Bible uses symbolism, parables and many other literary techniques to get a point across; "Blasphemy Of The Holy Spirit" is a form of word play and you have to have good knowledge of God's word to completely understand it. Word play or wordplay is a literary technique and a form of wit . Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is a result of rejecting God's free gift of Grace and ultimately the indwelling of Jesus Christ as your personal saviour.
Biblically, God continually talks about the process of separation, bad from good, unrighteous from righteous, goats from sheep, tares from wheat and so on; this basically is the separation of unbelievers from believers. Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is simply the result of the unforgivable or unpardonable act of unbelief.

One of the roles the Holy Spirit is to testify to us of Christ and makes His truth known to us. (John 15:26;16:14,15). He woos people to Christ.
In Matt:12:31,32, we can read how a person can blaspheme God and it still be forgiven. Paul was guilty of this before his conversion. He thought he was doing God a service by eradicating folks of 'the Way'. But Paul didn't have full knowledge of who Christ is , and he pleaded ignorance. (1Tim.: 1:13). And so Paul didn't commit the unpardonable sin. Once he knew just who Jesus is and knew He was the only way to salvation, Paul understood and believed. The Pharisees had been given full knowledge of Jesus and His plan of salvation. Saw His miracles, watched Him heal. So when they rejected this, they rejected the source of where this came from. The Holy Spirit. Therefore they blasphemed the Holy Spirit who made the truth of Christ and salvation known to them. They couldn't have been given any more convincing proof that He is the Christ. That's why a person can blaspheme The Son of Man and still not commit the unpardonable sin. If you are wanting to repent, it tells me your sin can be forgiven.
