Blessed to be sons and daughters of the Living God

Well I feel sometime that we forget who we really are in this world. Yes we that are BORN AGAIN should walk daily with our heads high knowing that we are GREAT- in the Living God's kingdom, amen. I do not take it lightly the reputation I have to live up too as a son of God. Yes and I am pleased and very thankful to be called a son of God- it's so personal. And if thats not enough he also gave us his special Spirit that I depend on for daily guidance, amen. It's all free please don't take it lightly.
See Galatians 4:5-6 KJV To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the ADOPTION OF SONS. And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the SPIRIT OF HIS SON INTO YOUR HEARTS, CRYING ABBA, FATHER.

I agree charity777 we should never take our God-given freedom lightly. In fact we can choose to use our freedom to become slaves to God. (See Romans 6:18&22; Romans 7:25; 2 Corinthians 5:15;1 Peter 2:16)

One of Paul's frequent exhortations was that the people of God walk in a manner worthy of the Gospel.
I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love Ephesians 4:1-2

Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the Gospel of Christ. Philippians 2:27

We pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please Him in every way; bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to His glorious might so that you may have great endurance and patience. Colossians 1:10-11

...encouraging, comforting and urging you to live lives worthy of God who calls you into His Kingdom and glory. 1 Thessalonians 2:12
