have just heard that brother roger, one of the senior members of taize was murdered on tues evening

please pray for the reposal of his soul

may the Lord have mercy on him and may he rest in peace

Father we thank you that you are eternally good. We thank you that in the end wickedness fails. We ask you to comfort the family as only you can. And we thank you that heaven receives her own. We praise you Lord that you have this man in your loving care.

I went to Taize about 11 years ago and I think I remember people talking of him.
