Should we as Christian celebrate this day?

These days the valentines day is becoming more lustful and perverse. We are peculiar people in God's eyes. The world celebrates this day... we shouldn;t.
This kind of love is a duplicate ( weak and temporary) of what God's love really is ( strong and everlasting...) .
This is how the devil plays...on this valentines day --- catching everyone into this weak love which eventually depresses you and is basically a sidetrack from enjoying God's Love everyday and not just one day

whats your say on this?

I think it is a good idea in general, but then again like half the world is single and so on, that would remind them just how lonely they are.

If couples are in love, they shouldn't celebrate just once a year, it should be daily, but still, I like it when all my friends come and say to me "Happy Valentines".

a day where love is in the air :P

The day is what we make it.
I love my husband, and he is my Valentine, my best friend, and my love.
I'll be sending him a valentine.
Cant help what the world does, but wont give in to their attitude.
Valentines day has always been a day of gentle love, and friendship, hope to keep it that way, in our house.
Hope you do too.
WE as Christians have given up to much ground already.
Lets keep Christ in Christmas, Thankfulness for God, and country in Thanksgiving, and a quiet tender heart in Valentines day.
It does boil down to being a matter of the heart.:love::love:
