Welp here I got I'm gonna speak Truth and do this as gently as I am able to I ask For YH to guide my fingers my mind and my words

Christianity if you look into when this word was given and where you will soon see that this is a derogatory

word n nothing derogatory comes from above.

Yeah, but over the centuries we made the word ours and turned into something positive. Great Eh ??

I'm gonna speak Truth and do this as gently as I am able to
And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
(2 Timothy 2:24-25 KJV)

God bless,

Yes b gentle but still speak the Truth people seem to think the Truth is hateful n it's just not so
The Truth is revealed but so many reject the Truth they become comfortable in the lies that have been passed down by our fathers or mothers n it's all written
Idk mayb I'm just loosing myself In the Word to much but how can that b a bad thing I think
Idk I just don't know anymore

I cannot disagree. To be honest, I don't directly identify myself to others as "Christian." There's a certain fuzziness to the definition of "Christian" and I worry that I might give other people the wrong idea. As a Believer, I know what I believe. When I speak with Christians, I'm not too sure just what they believe.

The Christian Church has three major branches as based upon the two foremost doctrines - that of Soteriology (how one becomes saved) and Ecclesiastical Authority (to what or whom does one turn if uncertain about the truths of the Faith), and these branches would be Catholic, Protestant, and Pentecostal. (Although in a bizarre twist, most Pentecostals think they are Protestant. They are not.)

Truly, it depends upon the translation:

Use this New Testament:

Let me know how it goes.,..

I actually have a Hebrew one but there is One Name I am extremely interested in n that Is Immanuel
I'm searching to see is it pounced the same in all languages
I don't get why people are not calling upon Him either
For it is written He will b called Immanuel
Know if you Look at like the different names of YH from a Hebrew standpoint many have EL n that's know as eternal everlasting at least that what I am coming to learn know look at the name of the angels see the EL like when a man marries a woman the woman takes on His last name I find this Interesting idkj but back to Immanuel see the EL n it means YH is with us n if Those who claim they have the Spirit of YH in them they why do they not call Him Immanuel
Some of the reply I get simply amaze me many time I get called names

Idk apologies for writing so much but I just Love Talking about YH n that is what Church is

Peace to you my friend I really enjoy talking to you

Oh n I am gonna look at what u shared

Strong's number G1694 - Greek spelling εμμανουηλ (Latin translitteration - Emmanouel)
Occurs only once in the New Testament - Matthew 1:23
Occurs only once in the Septuagint or LXX (the Greek translation of the Hebrew Bible) - Isaiah 7:14

Strong's number for the Hebrew equivalent - H6005 - (pretend that I typed Hebrew letters here), which is a derivative of H5973 (IM) and H410 (EL)
Occurs twice in the Hebrew Bible:

(Isaiah 7:14 KJV) Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
(Isaiah 8:8 KJV) And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel.

The LXX for Isaiah 8:8 is a bit strange, so I provide the Brenton translation for this verse -

(Isaiah 8:8 Brenton) and he shall take away from Juda every man who shall be able to lift up his head, and every one able to accomplish anything; and his camp shall fill the breadth of thy land, O God with us.

Hebrew hurts my head, since one must change thought patterns (not unlike switching to Chinese).

Hope this helps, but I have a strange feeling you already know all this.

Those who claim they have the Spirit of YH in them they why do they not call Him Immanuel
Probably because of these verses -

But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
(Matthew 1:20-21 KJV)

Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.
(Matthew 1:24-25 KJV)

Just to note, the capitalization was an addition (invention?) of the KJV, as there was no such distinction in the old Greek manuscripts, nor in the previous Bishops or Geneva Bibles.

Also as an additional note, the only NT occurrence of Emmanuel is as a reference to Isaiah.

Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.
(Matthew 1:22-23 KJV)

Truth be told, though, the word "Jesus" or Ἰησοῦς wasn't written in the intial Greek manuscripts either, but rather one literally sees what is called the Nomina Sacra.

The Aramaic is transliterated into Latin letters as EmanuIyl, so there appears to be only the one Hebrew word that was copied into other various languages in their alphabet.
