confused

I am. The fact that I'm trying to write a lab report for pysch doesnt help. but not the issue at the moment

I just went to go into live chat and was told that I need to have been here a minimum of 15 days and made x amount of posts. which if thats the rules thats cool, not grumbling about that. But on the day I first joing up, and a couple of days after that I was going in and out of live chat a couple of times

My question is "was that a fluke" or has it changed... If it has, or it was a fluke thats cool, but just trying to sort this ou in my own head
