Hello,

Before i knew totally about Jesus i said some bad things. if im not mistaken i called a church devil worshipers did i commit blasphemy of the holy spirit.

im not even sure i did this or what i was talking about.

NO, just bad judgement on your part, if not just rude.

The only way to do such a thing is to die with out Jesus Christ as your Lord. Those who refuse to believe the Holy Spirit pleading with them to surrender to Jesus Christ, those are the ones who have sinned and there is no way to forgive their sin after death.

Hello Charlie 11.

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is rejecting God's deep, forgiving love for you. Jesus died to release you from death, if you reject that then
you deserve what you get.

Another way of looking at it, is reject Jesus reject life.

Reject Jesus reject Truth.

Lots of thick head Christians judge other Churches!

Were they called by God to do that?

No, they are just exceeding the boundaries of common sense.

They are called to love there brothers and sisters.

Tuck into Jesus and you will never look back Charlie 11.

I do not think it is, Every sin is forgiven, but anyone who blasphemes the holyspirit will be unforgiven matthew 12: through until 32. It is written.

If you feel in your heart you have blasphemed someone Pray about it.We are best to leave Judging to God, because he is the one who writes names in the book of life and knows how they stand with him. If someone is falling, help lifting them up. That is God's requirement for us.

Re: Did I commit Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit?

Undoubtedly, some folks will argue differently than I do, but I believe that Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is very narrowly defined as intentionally and habitually trying to discredit Jesus' miracles, which were worked through the power of the Holy Spirit (Lk 5:17), by claiming that He was allied with the devil:"But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, 'It is only by Beelzebub, the prince of demons, that this fellow casts out demons." (Mt 12:24)

so is that a yes or no my friend?

I agree with Brother Mike that if you did, you would not be wondering about, asking about or concerned about it. And the corollary is you wouldn't be a Christian now either.

Good day....:)

I think you are not quite concerned if calling the church devil worshipers back then but you are quite repentant that you've done it, and you just want to confirm if what you have done is an unforgivable sin or not...:)

Remember that Paul once became like you...He said rude things to Jesus' followers and worse, persecuted them. But God used him to proclaim His greatness, that is greatly evident on how he, being once a person against faith became the defender of faith..

Maybe this thing is same to you..Maybe God is using you to emphasize His love...:)

God bless...Hope this will remove all your doubts...:)

There is nothing you can do as a non-christian that would matter. When you are a Christian and see life very differently, you wouldn't want to involve yourself in things you enjoyed before anyway. Blasphemy comes from knowledge of God and God's Word.

There is only one sin - the unpardonable sin - that would never apply to you just yet. It can happen when a mature Christian has the holy spirit and speaks in tongues etc, with the full knowledge of what he is doing.....he then proceeds to attribute God's personal gift and Comforter....to Satan.

Hope you feel better!! Much love to you.

Ouch - I hope everyone will forgive me. Of course I meant - the sin of blasphemy, which is taking the name of the Lord in vain.

Sorry - did not get any sleep last night!!
