(Discerning judgement)

Defining Factors
Judge (verb); To form a impartial, authorized, and authoritative opinion.
Discern (verb); behold; decry; distinguish; espy; mark; note; notice; perceive; remark; twig; and or view. Is to discover with the eyes or the mind.
*Note: Discern judgment. Is to discover with the eyes or the mind a impartial and out of an understanding and wise heart given by god, like unto no other, an authorized, and authoritative opinion about events intentions and the like but not about secret and hidden things of the heart and the a like even though at times it may seem so.
*Note: word of God. Is (Jesus) the Christ. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. Rev. 19:13, And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Jn. 1:14

But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. Heb. 5:14
After the Lord comes:
Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not. Mal. 3:18
