I few weeks ago I was checking out the Drought levels of water across the world and I rechecking the systems at "lake Mead' and California and I hear a sense of a voice, say "they want some water I am going to give them some" like the meat the Israelites wanted in the wilderness. I going to give them so much water, and then I am going dry it up! I heard clearly and plainly but I paid it no attention.

like normally, Now today it can to my mind, I said look at all that water, now they got some water they should have enough to satisfy the drought. Then it came to mind what I heard in my mind a few weeks ago. Let see what happens, will it all dry up.

And now I am thinking, I think some time this past week I said , it is to quiet, something must be getting ready to happen. I cannot remember where I said that. well lets us see.

such as when Jesus walked on water. However this is not the norm.

If you light a match and throw it in the forest, you will likely start a forest fire.
A response of "God is in control", doesn't really make sense to me.

Yes, God can send a rain storm to put out the fire, or God could send a strong
wind to blow out that match.

However, more times than not, God allows the laws that God has created to stand
(they are called miracles because they are not normal) does not interfere
with our freewill and allows all things to work for God's glory and the good of those who love Him.

So while I'm not scared that the planet will be destroyed by man because God has
a purpose. I still recycle and I still make good choices as a responsible steward

I don't think we're capable of understanding God on even a minute level and how he "works" in all this.
God is also the "Allower" of all things. IMO:
He took away his divine protection from Lucifer which allowed him the option of continual obedience or pride and denial. We know how that turned out.
Pretty sure He delegates things to his Angels. He doesn't need to but He does for His own reasons.
As the Creator, Judge, Authority, and our Father does He not have the right to punish Creation how He sees fit? Can He cut lives short with "natural disasters" by His action or simply part of Creation that happens without Him?
The idea that we can understand God's Playbook (if you will) is Pride.
Why is the biggest question. Every kid who learns to speak asks "Why?" far more than "How?"
When you realize your frail meat suit and Earth is temporary and you're not Home you should find your worldview drastically changed.

"Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because ye have spoken vanity, and seen lies, therefore, behold, I am against you, saith the Lord GOD. 9And mine hand shall be upon the prophets that see vanity, and that divine lies: they shall not be in the assembly of my people, neither shall they be written in the writing of the house of Israel, neither shall they enter into the land of Israel; and ye shall know that I am the Lord GOD. 10Because, even because they have seduced my people, saying, Peace; and there was no peace; and one built up a wall, and, lo, others daubed it with untempered morter: 11Say unto them which daub it with untempered morter, that it shall fall: there shall be an overflowing shower; and ye, O great hailstones, shall fall; and a stormy wind shall rend it. 12Lo, when the wall is fallen, shall it not be said unto you, Where is the daubing wherewith ye have daubed it? 13Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; I will even rend it with a stormy wind in my fury; and there shall be an overflowing shower in mine anger, and great hailstones in my fury to consume it. 14So will I break down the wall that ye have daubed with untempered morter, and bring it down to the ground, so that the foundation thereof shall be discovered, and it shall fall, and ye shall be consumed in the midst thereof: and ye shall know that I am the LORD. 15Thus will I accomplish my wrath upon the wall, and upon them that have daubed it with untempered morter, and will say unto you, The wall is no more, neither they that daubed it; 16To wit, the prophets of Israel which prophesy concerning Jerusalem, and which see visions of peace for her, and there is no peace, saith the Lord GOD."

False Women Prophets

17Likewise, thou son of man, set thy face against the daughters of thy people, which prophesy out of their own heart; and prophesy thou against them, 18And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the women that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you? 19And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people that hear your lies?
