Does the devil make things happen?

I'm just a little confused about how satan acts in our life. Is he able to make things come to pass in ones life? I guess is he able to give things to people that he knows they want like to make them stumble?

Satan can only harm you if you accept him and deny Christ. Stay away from Ouija boards, many have stated what they can do and if that's proof that Satan exists then the Pope is an atheist. That's where the most harm comes from and demon possessions according to eye witness accounts.

Jesus was tempted by the devil for 40 days. That was completely under God's supervision. It was hard for Jesus, but He passed every test. We are tempted so God can see what we are really made of. Even if we cave in and fall, we have an advocate with the Father in heaven to plead our case.

God will give us what we want...but we must be careful what we want!!!!

We are told to pray "lead me not into temptation". Does God tempt us? Good question. The devil does the dirty work, but God may allow him to.

I found three places in the Old Testament that show God sending evil spirits to do work for Him. If that is true, then it stands to reason that He could also use the devil as well. Remember that the devil can do nothing without permission from God. We really need not fear the devil. If we are following God, God will turn all the devils schemes around so they actually work for our good instead of our harm.

In the book of Job Satan was given permission from God to attack Job. He was given power to attack the things and persons in Job's Life. He was given power to influence others to attack Job. He was also given power to attack Job himself in his attack on Job's health.

I once heard in a sermon that "Satan our enemy is a master sharp shooter sniper. He has a rifle made just for us. With a scope designed to see you best. His bullets are exactly what is needed to snare us. If Lust is your stummbling block then there will be a billboard right down the street with a suggestive model on it to tempt you at the time that you are weak. Satan will throw everything God has allowed him to throw at you including the Kitchen Sink"

Satan, devil, demons, wicked one, the dead, and the beast are symbolic names for the flesh of man during this age. This is because man's flesh was given genetic traits that empowers deception in his thoughts to make him disobey the commandments of God. Only during this age will the flesh be condemned with these genetic sins and once it dies, then our soul will be released from it. This is the salvation process that all God's people will go through.

Some of us were made sinless so we can preach the gospel and find each other. The main reason for this age was to reveal the knowledge of God in us saints and Jesus that will be needed for the next age. We're almost done with this age and I'm the last saint on earth to preach the gospel to speak the Word to end this age. The Word is the power of God and it's how we're all able to have a body and speak to each other.

Don't be concerned about this Satan thing because all people are Satan. Some people's flesh are more scarey than others but it's the silent ones who deceive you the most.

In the next age, we'll get new bodies that won't have genetic sin traits in them. We will always speak the truth forever and ever.

My flesh still belongs to Satan but since June 14, 2008, my flesh was made sinless so that the Word could be revealed in my heart, mind and soul. Now I speak for God and that's what I've been doing for over two years now. My flesh will perish just like yours because it's corrupted. My memory is still full of all the sinful things I did. This was the thorn in Paul's side because he was a murderer of God's saints. After he became a sinless saint, his memory would constantly tempt him with his killings.

The prophets couldn't become sinless saints because their messiah hadn't died yet. This means the Word wasn't revealed to them so they had to be obedient to all God's commands to make them write, speak and perform miracles. This is much harder to deal with than the Word having total control of our flesh as in us saints. But the prophets will get another body in paradise and then the Word will be in total control of their flesh.

Our bodies are like puppets that need our created souls to make them function. These souls are nothing but thoughts in God where God planned all things. Everything about us and our daily activities were planned long before creation. This is why our lifespans are short because God had to make plans on how to end them. This age is only to gather this knowledge by Jesus and us saints to bring to the new heaven and earth. This is the reason why he had all our flesh corrupted so he could work with us.

Even the flesh of Jesus had to die because he saw corruption all around him the whole time he was alive. It wasn't his flesh that resurrected, it was the Word that he was created in that remained in God when his flesh was killed. No flesh will leave this earth because the earth's crust is going to be melted with hot molten lava and destroy everything. I have lots of scriptures to show that this is going to happen for sure.

The devil has no power. No power whatsoever. He lost the victory at Calvary. He is a defeated foe and awaits his predestined fate of being cast into the bottomless pit.

The devil or any such evil spirit cannot touch you in any way whatsoever. You are absolutely safe from all such influence....in Jesus.

If you have never allowed satan access into your life, then he is quite unable to gain access.

Not exactly. Jesus said 'get thee behind me satan......Mtt.16.23. Etc. there are many such refs. I particularly like Rev 12.9. Rev 20.2. These biblical refs. to a powerful spirit.

Rev Billy Grahem now an elderly gentleman has preached the gospel to more folks (many thousands)than any other man in history. Have you brought ONE to Jesus.

Steven. Theword is one of those Jesus warned again. Those who came claiming to be from God but actually from Satan, hence his reasoning, trying to convince us that Satan is us, Jesus said Satan was one being and that settles it, The Son cannot lie. Claiming to be a "saint" especially "the last one" is just senseless and this either shows he has made his own religion with Christianity as the foundation or is actually from Satan.
