Psalm 9:2 I will be glad and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.
9:3 When my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish before your presence.
9:4 For you have maintained my just cause; you have sat on the throne, giving righteous judgment.
9:5 You have rebuked the nations; you have made the wicked perish; you have blotted out their name forever and ever.
9:6 The enemy came to an end in everlasting ruins; their cities you rooted out; the very memory of them has perished.

Psalm 37:32 The wicked watches for the righteous and seeks to put him to death.
37:33 The LORD will not abandon him to his power or let him be condemned when he is brought to trial.
37:34 Wait for the LORD and keep his way, and he will exalt you to inherit the land; you will look on when the wicked are cut off.
37:35 I have seen a wicked, ruthless man, spreading himself like a green laurel tree.
37:36 But he passed away, and behold, he was no more; though I sought him, he could not be found.
37:37 Mark the blameless and behold the upright, for there is a future for the man of peace.
37:38 But transgressors shall be altogether destroyed; the future of the wicked shall be cut off.
37:39 The salvation of the righteous is from the LORD; he is their stronghold in the time of trouble.
37:40 The LORD helps them and delivers them; he delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in him.

Malachi 4:1 “For behold, the day is coming, burning like an oven, when all the arrogant and all evildoers will be stubble. The day that is coming shall set them ablaze, says the LORD of hosts, so that it will leave them
neither root nor branch.
4:2 But for you who fear my name, the sun of righteousness shall rise with healing in its wings. You shall go out leaping like calves from the stall.
4:3 And you shall tread down the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet, on the day when I act, says the LORD of hosts.

3:7 But by the same word the heavens and earth that now exist are stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.
2Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
3:10 But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the heavenly bodies will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed.
3:11 Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, what sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness,
3:12 waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be set on fire and dissolved, and the heavenly bodies will melt as they burn!
3:13 But according to his promise we are waiting for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
