I believe we are living in the end times, that is why we need to be Evangelizing. God sent His Son Jesus to set the example. thats why Jesus tells us to," Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." in Mark 16:15... Evangelize is a commandment. God wants us to help other people because He helped us.

What do you Guys think about this subject?

" Those who were scattered preached the word wherever they went." (Ac 8:4). The Greek word for "preach" means to be a herald, to boldly proclaim.

We have to remember, though, that those first century believers probably didn't have the time or resources to organize evangelistic campaigns. They did it mostly by casual conversations with their new neighbors, by building relationships. Billy Graham, Louis Palau, Morris Cerulo, etc are technically not evangelists; they are reapers. The evangelism (sowing) is done by the people who draw the seekers to their meetings.

True, evangelism isn't easy, but , it doesn't have to be complicated.

Billy Graham once said and I don't quote because I don't know the exact wording "Mass crusades which I have dedicated my life to will never finish the job, only one to one will"

It is every Christians responsibility to share the Gospel. It's not about gifts it's about obediance. God says "GO" so we should go.

And just so we know. Befriending people with the hope you might be able to talk about God three years from now isn't evangelism. "Living" your life in a way that people see your good works with the hope they will come to you and ask "Why do you do what you do" isn't evangelism.

Evangelism is getting out of your comfort zone and actually talking with someone. The person waiting in line at the grocery store. The person sitting on the bus, or park bench. It's as easy as asking "Hey you ever wonder what happens when we die?" and your off.

Christians it's time to step out of our comfort zones, and get rid of this lazy north american Christianity. People are dying and going to hell, and like Mark Cahill says, do you care? Better yet, do you care enough to do something about it?
