If you are one who believes the 'gifts' , healing , tongues etc operate today as in Apostolic times I would like to know how many folks were healed when you laid hands on them today at the hospital.? When was the last time you raised someone from the dead? Name? Ill wager excuses far out number examples ,so lets try something easier. Say a malformed arm or hand instantly brought to normal when you laid on hands ?
When was the last time you were speaking in tongues and people unknown to you exclaimed they were hearing the Gospel and/or praises to God in their own language? Dont forget one of the things Jesus did was send the recently healed to the priests for official public verification .

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

Haven't seen anyone raised from dead yet.
Seen limbs grow back in front of my eyes. Seen people I've known for years get up out of wheel-chairs and walk.
My wife had stage 4 lymphoma, completely cured. Seen multiple people cured of cancer. At least a couple cured of diabetes.
Instantly, not after days of treatment and medicines. Seen prophecies come true. A few even about myself.

No excuses here.

Who was it you touched and their limbs grew back ? Can you be more specific about 'grew back' ?
Great news about your wife , no doubt you had been praying for her recovery and obviously you would be in a position to have third party confirmation.
Did this happen suddenly as well? Were any of these the result of your own doing?
Where did these take place ? Church ,hospital ,home ?
The others you mentioned are quite subjective .

Very similar to this.

Dozens of witnesses, including medical records from the hospital.

Were any of these the result of your own doing?

Well I don't have the power to do miracles in myself if that's what you mean. But yes, I was one of those laying hands on these people. Hard to say it was one person, there was a group of us most of the time.

All the above, which case in particular?

I'll give your word far more credibility than that video.

That is the basic question of the OP , but things you were personally part of are not far off.

When was the last time you raised someone from the dead?

Walter.

how many folks were healed when you laid hands on them today at the hospital.?
Doesn't work that way.

Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it done unto you.
(Matthew 9:29 RV)

What is your faith in?

Might I ask.... not far off ... from what?

I would offer the greater is not greater than the power of salvation .The greater is more the number. Jesus had a following of no more than 500 in three years . Peter when spoke at Pentecost three thousand in the twinkling of a eye were given the faith of Christ by which they could believe prophecy, the tongue of God, and receive the salvation of their souls

It is time that you @Hitch believed Jesus himself -
Mark 16:15 And he said to them, Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to the whole creation.
16 Who hath believed and is baptized shall be saved; but who hath disbelieved shall be condemned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that have believed: in my name shall they cast out demons, speak with tongues;
18 and in their hands they shall take up serpents, and if they drink aught deadly, it shall in now wise hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Your unbelief cuts you off from these works and power of the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ.

So how many have YOU raised from the dead this week ?

Did you stop by the local hospital and heal a few cancer patients ?

Or are you just another faithless loudmouth ?

So why are you not laying hands on the sick?
Why are you not exercising the power of God through your faith?

So not even one eh? Maybe a broken fingernail ? Are you a coward or do you simply have no faith ? You spoke of believing what Jesus said ,yet you demonstrate that you do not . : Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. As for me, first I dont fit the profile in the OP, second when 'hands are laid on' in our church it is a part for the elders.

Given your rudeness and lack of any fruit of the Spirit I choose not to cast my pearls before you.
How many times have i heard/read that line from a Pentecostal that can not produce the evidence .. Same line said in slightly different ways .. Act on YOUR faith.

It is unseemly to complain of being hit between the eyes with a stone that you had previously pitched . Your unbelief cuts you off from these works and power of the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ.

RAISED FROM THE DEAD - A TESTIMONY
about a young boy Jordan Fumbelo
from Zambezi, Zambia
Healed-drowned.png

The name of this child is Jordan Fumbelo, a son of sister Miniva and Patrick Fumbelo our leader for the Revival Fellowship Zambia, in charge of assemblies
in the three districts namely Chavuma, Zambezi and Kabombu of the North Western province of Zambia.
At the age of one year and seven months Jordan was in the team of his brothers and sisters that walked along the flooded stream.
While they were busy playing he disappeared.
His brothers looked for him but their search proved futile. 90 minutes later passers-by found Jordan already drowned in the deep water.
The Good Samaritan informed Joel the eldest brother, who promptly dived into the stream to retrieve the body of his dead brother.
He immediately rushed the corpse to their mother sister Miniva. She was not shaken by the situation, but she prayed and challenged God by His promise of healing the
sick and raising the dead in the name of Jesus.
After an hour of prayer the child came back to life.
Now Jordan is two and half years old. You can see him standing in front of the damaged bridge where he got drowned during the flood.
The family thanked God for the miracle.

Healing for My Wife and Unborn Child

A few months ago my wife told me she was very weak from bleeding. Given that she was about 15 or 16 weeks pregnant, I knew that wasn’t a good thing. We had had a miscarriage before so I thought that perhaps this was the case. My mind then went to the “what if” situations of if it was something more that could be wrong with her and she was bleeding internally.

As the blood kept coming, I knew we needed to do something. I called her Dad to see if we could have him come over and watch our kids who were sleeping and then called the hospital and explained the situation. I then had the impression to give her a blessing of healing.

For those of you unfamiliar with the Mormon concept of giving a blessing, I’ll try and summarize it. Members of the church who hold the Melchezedek Priesthood have the authority and power to act as the “voice” of God so to speak and give a blessing. Blessings can be given for comfort, or for healing. In the case of healing, we annoint the person receiving the blessing with consecrated oil, place our hands on their head, and then speak the words the Lord gives us. It is a very humbling experience because going into the blessing the person doesn’t know what words are going to be given. (Read this article for a more detailed description on blessings).

Before I started speaking the words during the blessing, the Lord’s Spirit came over me and I sensed a complete feeling of peace and that everything was going to be fine. I knew in my heart that whatever happened would be the Lord’s will and I was prepared to accept it.

When I began speaking, I was impressed to speak the words that she would be healed and the baby would be fine. For a split second I had a bit of doubt seeing how much she had bled (which seemed like much more compared to the miscarriage we had had), but I put the doubt out of my mind and focused on the promptings I received.

Shortly afterwards, her bleeding slowed down and we didn’t even need to go into the doctor that evening.

She is now 26 weeks along and we found out we are going to be having a little girl.

Change a few words around and see a perfectly common Pentecoastal story.

This is why I asked for first hand observations and experiences.

I would offer the greater is not greater than the power of salvation .
We don't save people, Garee, God does. God is our salvation. Jesus was talking about his followers and again, we don't have the power of salvation.

You're accusing the wrong person.

Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel. For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.
(John 5:19-21 KJV)

Do you think that we as disciples make these decisions ourselves? Why? Are we not to be led by the Holy Spirit? Does not the Father raise the dead and does not the Son raise the dead?

Truly, you have certain ideas about how these things are supposed to work, and yet do not realize that your ideas and your combative nature prevent you from understanding How.

I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
(John 5:30 KJV)

Why have you chosen to accuse God?
