Eyes Created !!

[Set Free!]

This 'is not', fiction, this actually happened and
no 'flesh' is involved only the 'Glory of God and
'to' God !!

Psalms 63:2: To see thy power and thy glory,
so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.

My family and I met a gentle African American
in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in the Summer of
1982. His name is Isadore. He loved Jesus,
and if he's not in Heaven yet 'loves' 'Him' more now
then he did as you will see why! [NO PUN INTENDED]
He was about 75 years old then.

One day he knocked on our door as we were
leaving to do a little clothes shopping. He said
" I'll come back later, just wanted to 'pass a
good time'." That's a cajun way of saying I
just wanted to stop by and visit for a while.

Isadore wore very dark sunglasses all the time.

Even when he was indoors he wore them. We just
thought that he was blind.

As we were closing the door the Lord told me to tell
Isadore simply " Do you want to be healed and be
able to see again? " He looked at me as if I had three
heads!! He said, " What did you say brother? " I
repeated. He said, " I have glucoma, and some other
eye disease. My left eye has been 'completely' eaten
away, there is only an empty socket!! 'Been like this
with my eyes for a long time!

I looked at my wife as she was looking at me. I could
hear her mind saying " You better be sure 'Bozo' that
you really heard from God on this one! "

We had seen God perform healing miracles and touch
and heal cancers [My wife's breast cancer] tumors, etc.,
but 'NEVER' have seen nor witnessed what God was
about to do!!

After about 15 minutes of looking at each other like
monkees in a cage in a zoo. I finally said, " Isadore
is it yes or no?" He replied, " Brother, you know I do!"

He also said, " I've been blind for about 30 years now!"

We went back inside the house in the living room. Isadore
laughed and said, " Joe, I love you very much but I think
maybe you 'missed' it on this one! Did the Lord 'really' tell
you this? " ...... After a few moments passed I said an
emphatic ---- " YES!!"

I told him " take your sunglasses off !" He refused and said,
" You don't want me to do that, it's horrible looking and it
might scare your 'little' [JASON, Mellow-J on this site] and
have nightmares! " He finally complied as my wife sent jason
upstairs to play with his toys.

We started to pray, praise and worship God when the Presence
of God starting to 'fill' the room. See- 1Kings 8:10,11.

My wife started to 'pray' in the spirit [tongues] Mark16 :17b.;
1 Cor. 14th. Chapter.

I took out a little 'olive oil ' in a small bottle I carried around
with me to pray for people with. I put a dab on my right forefinger,
approached this man with one eye eaten away with glucoma
and whatever and the left eye completely 'gone' with me looking
at a hollow socket !!"

I barely touched him when the Power of Christ seem to fly out of
my finger as I simply said, " By His stripes we were and are made
whole ," Isa. 53:5. Be made whole in Jesus' Name!! Thank you
Father in Jesus' Name!

Isadore fell back so violently, it reminded me when I saw the power
of a well excecuted roundhouse kick to the temple. ' BAM' he went
down backwards on the carpet!

He lay there motionless for a while and then stirred. Once more as
I was inquiring of the Lord, He spoke one more time to me. Son,
stand him up on his feet and behold the 'salvation' of the Lord! "
Exodus 14:13.

We did, God did ..... and this is what happened!! Hold on, here it
comes brethren! mg:

We looked at Isadore and he was still 'shaking' from God's 'touch',
'annointing' 1John 2:27 if you will.

Then suddenly,... we saw a whirling movement in Isadore's 'right'
eye! It looked like when you mix eggs in a bowl! He yelled, " What's
going on Brother Joe, I'm scared, there's a heat, in my eye! "

My wife and I were in total shock, we couldn't speak! The twirling was
super fast then suddenly again, we saw an eye being 'CREATED' !!!!!!

Glory to God!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was incredible!! Then where there was no
eye just a socket, [It's hard to explain as the Apostle Paul tried to
explain 2Cor.12:4.] It looked like an 'invisible' Hand was molding and
shapening an 'eye' in the socket! The amazing thing is that

God ...'CREATED' AN EYE WHERE THERE WAS NO EYE! IN A VACANT EYE
SOCKET!! Praise the Lord!!

Isadore now had two, beautiful, hazel brown eyes in his head!!

We just went 'crazy' man and started kneeling, praising and
worshipping God! Isadore yelled

" I can see! I can see! Oh my, Jesus I love you so much!
Brother Joe! You are a nice looking man and Danise, you
are so beautiful! " Jason by now came down the stairs.
" What's all the yelling about Daddy, Mommy?"

" Jesus just gave Isadore two new eyes! " " Wow! " he said.
" Can I see them brother Isadore? " Isadore picked up Jason,
kissed him and danced around the living room!!

SOMEBODY PRAISE GOD WHO IS READING THIS!!!!!!!

or God's Angels will!!!!!!!!

Psalms:148:2: Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him,
all his hosts.


He told everyone that he met where ever he went what God,
the Lord Jesus Christ had done for him. Many came to Jesus
through this 'CREATIVE' miracle of God!

When a few weeks passed as I was praying the Lord brought
this 'Word' to me as I asked him about the miracle. This 'He'
said,

John 11:4: When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is
not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God
might be glorified thereby.

Amen!!

Amen brother. Praise the Lord - He is the most Awesome God. Nothing is impossible with our God. Mark 10:27 But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.”

This post just underlines the fact once more that God is God, He is the Healer, and He will do what He says He will do. I am so glad you had the courage and wisdom to post this. Thank you.

53*When Jesus had finished telling these stories, he left that part of the country. 54*He returned to Nazareth, his hometown. When he taught there in the synagogue, everyone was astonished and said, “Where does he get his wisdom and his miracles? 55*He’s just a carpenter’s son, and we know Mary, his mother, and his brothers—James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas. 56*All his sisters live right here among us. What makes him so great?” 57*And they were deeply offended and refused to believe in him.
Then Jesus told them, “A prophet is honored everywhere except in his own hometown and among his own family.” 58*And so he did only a few miracles there because of their unbelief.

This is the only reason we don't see more miracles performed in Jesus' name.

I debated about posting 'stories', events,
that I've witnessed and shared in my
'walk' with Our Lord Jesus for almost these
28 years! " This is the time. " the Holy Spirit
impressed me.

I have a lot of 'stories' that I've shared with
ministers, pastors, missionaries from the U.S.
and abroad. And they're all 'TRUE'!

A missionary told me that my 'walk' with God
would be like the Prophet Elisha's 2Kings 2:9!
I've wondered about his statement for many
years in view of what has transpired between
God and myself! mg:

I've shared my walk with God in many churches.

Many of my Christian friends have begged me to
write and illustrate a book accounting various events.

They call me here in Houston, God's Story Teller.

This following paragraph is 'hard' for me to express
and write to you!

I walk with a cane due to a crippling disability! I
haven't worked in 6 1\2 years nor been able to collect
diability, not enough work quarters I was told by
the Social Security Organization.

I have cried, pleaded, prayed, fasted... have had pastors,
laymen, missionaries, children, evangelists, lay hands on
me, .. nothing!! I have the faith believe me that I want to
be healed like 'Isadore' had!!

I cried out to God one day in agaonizing extreme pain, "Lord,
why?" Why have I seen your Mighty Hand heal so many that
were afflicted with diseases, sicknesses, blind eyes open,and
the deaf were made to hear, flood waters that receeded, signs
and wonders you performed, but.. Lord,....what about me
Lord Jesus??!!

I fell down from to my knees from the pain. I said " Lord we never
have enough money to go the chiripractor, doctor someone who
can help me, why Oh God!" That instant the Holy Spirit instructed
me to get the Bible. I opened it to this scripture, God's Peace
touched me and I went to sleep and awoke the next morning
refreshed! Psalm 127:2d.

2Co:12:7: And lest I should be exalted above measure through
the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn
in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should
be exalted above measure.

2Co:12:8: For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might
depart from me.

2Cor. 12:9: And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee:
for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly
therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power
of Christ may rest upon me.

There it was! I understood now!

Psalms:119:50: This is my comfort in my affliction: for
thy word hath quickened me.

The thing is when God's power, that is 'His' precious
'annointing' rests on me I have no pain! When the annointing
leaves, usually, it's back again. When God is ready I know 'He'
will deliver me from this affliction.

Isa:48:10: Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver;
I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

I praise God for you and your wife. I praise God for His anoiting upon your lives.

I, too, have suffered and cried out to God to remove the suffering. He said to me, "No, for my grace is sufficient for you." At the time that God said that, I didn't feel that his grace was sufficient...but it most certainly has been.

If....God had magically taken away the embarrassment and anguish from me (6 yrs ago)...I would not now have His gentle Power resting upon me, and no one would even wonder "how I made it through". I made it through because of His love and grace. And He did allow the suffering. It pruned me and made me a more compassionate person that could minister Christ's love to others who are suffering. Praise God!
