This passage doesn't actually say these beings are angels.

Ezek 1:4; As I looked, behold, a storm wind was coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing forth continually and a bright light around it, and in its midst something like glowing metal in the midst of the fire.
Ezek 1:5; Within it there were figures resembling four living beings. And this was their appearance: they had human form.
Ezek 1:6; Each of them had four faces and four wings.
Ezek 1:7; Their legs were straight and their feet were like a calf's hoof, and they gleamed like burnished bronze.
Ezek 1:8; Under their wings on their four sides were human hands. As for the faces and wings of the four of them,
Ezek 1:9; their wings touched one another; their faces did not turn when they moved, each went straight forward.
Ezek 1:10; As for the form of their faces, each had the face of a man; all four had the face of a lion on the right and the face of a bull on the left, and all four had the face of an eagle.
Ezek 1:11; Such were their faces. Their wings were spread out above; each had two touching another being, and two covering their bodies.
Ezek 1:12; And each went straight forward; wherever the spirit was about to go, they would go, without turning as they went.
Ezek 1:13; In the midst of the living beings there was something that looked like burning coals of fire, like torches darting back and forth among the living beings. The fire was bright, and lightning was flashing from the fire.
Ezek 1:14; And the living beings ran to and fro like bolts of lightning.
Ezek 1:15; Now as I looked at the living beings, behold, there was one wheel on the earth beside the living beings, for each of the four of them.
Ezek 1:16; The appearance of the wheels and their workmanship was like sparkling beryl, and all four of them had the same form, their appearance and workmanship being as if one wheel were within another.
Ezek 1:17; Whenever they moved, they moved in any of their four directions without turning as they moved.
Ezek 1:18; As for their rims they were lofty and awesome, and the rims of all four of them were full of eyes round about.
Ezek 1:19; Whenever the living beings moved, the wheels moved with them. And whenever the living beings rose from the earth, the wheels rose also.
Ezek 1:20; Wherever the spirit was about to go, they would go in that direction. And the wheels rose close beside them; for the spirit of the living beings was in the wheels.
Ezek 1:21; Whenever those went, these went; and whenever those stood still, these stood still. And whenever those rose from the earth, the wheels rose close beside them; for the spirit of the living beings was in the wheels.
Ezek 1:22; Now over the heads of the living beings there was something like an expanse, like the awesome gleam of crystal, spread out over their heads.

So then, if that passage doesn't say these are angels, why would I include it here? Because the description is very similar to the passage below, were they are called angels ( cherubin ).

Ezek 10:1; Then I looked, and behold, in the expanse that was over the heads of the cherubim something like a sapphire stone, in appearance resembling a throne, appeared above them.
Ezek 10:2; And He spoke to the man clothed in linen and said, "Enter between the whirling wheels under the cherubim and fill your hands with coals of fire from between the cherubim and scatter them over the city." And he entered in my sight.
Ezek 10:3; Now the cherubim were standing on the right side of the temple when the man entered, and the cloud filled the inner court.
Ezek 10:4; Then the glory of the LORD went up from the cherub to the threshold of the temple, and the temple was filled with the cloud and the court was filled with the brightness of the glory of the LORD.
Ezek 10:5; Moreover, the sound of the wings of the cherubim was heard as far as the outer court, like the voice of God Almighty when He speaks.
Ezek 10:6; It came about when He commanded the man clothed in linen, saying, "Take fire from between the whirling wheels, from between the cherubim," he entered and stood beside a wheel.
Ezek 10:7; Then the cherub stretched out his hand from between the cherubim to the fire which was between the cherubim, took some and put it into the hands of the one clothed in linen, who took it and went out.
Ezek 10:8; The cherubim appeared to have the form of a man's hand under their wings.
Ezek 10:9; Then I looked, and behold, four wheels beside the cherubim, one wheel beside each cherub; and the appearance of the wheels was like the gleam of a Tarshish stone.
Ezek 10:10; As for their appearance, all four of them had the same likeness, as if one wheel were within another wheel.
Ezek 10:11; When they moved, they went in any of their four directions without turning as they went; but they followed in the direction which they faced, without turning as they went.
Ezek 10:12; Their whole body, their backs, their hands, their wings and the wheels were full of eyes all around, the wheels belonging to all four of them.
Ezek 10:13; The wheels were called in my hearing, the whirling wheels.
Ezek 10:14; And each one had four faces. The first face was the face of a cherub, the second face was the face of a man, the third the face of a lion, and the fourth the face of an eagle.
Ezek 10:15; Then the cherubim rose up. They are the living beings that I saw by the river Chebar.
Ezek 10:16; Now when the cherubim moved, the wheels would go beside them; also when the cherubim lifted up their wings to rise from the ground, the wheels would not turn from beside them.
Ezek 10:17; When the cherubim stood still, the wheels would stand still; and when they rose up, the wheels would rise with them, for the spirit of the living beings was in them.
Ezek 10:18; Then the glory of the LORD departed from the threshold of the temple and stood over the cherubim.
Ezek 10:19; When the cherubim departed, they lifted their wings and rose up from the earth in my sight with the wheels beside them; and they stood still at the entrance of the east gate of the LORD'S house, and the glory of the God of Israel hovered over them.
Ezek 10:20; These are the living beings that I saw beneath the God of Israel by the river Chebar; so I knew that they were cherubim.
Ezek 10:21; Each one had four faces and each one four wings, and beneath their wings was the form of human hands.
Ezek 10:22; As for the likeness of their faces, they were the same faces whose appearance I had seen by the river Chebar. Each one went straight ahead.

When God was giving directions, on how to build the Ark of the Covenant, he told them to fashion two angels on the lid.

Exod 25:19; "Make one cherub at one end and one cherub at the other end; you shall make the cherubim of one piece with the mercy seat at its two ends.
Exod 37:8; one cherub at the one end and one cherub at the other end; he made the cherubim of one piece with the mercy seat at the two ends.
1Kin 6:24; Five cubits was the one wing of the cherub and five cubits the other wing of the cherub; from the end of one wing to the end of the other wing were ten cubits.
1Kin 6:25; The other cherub was ten cubits; both the cherubim were of the same measure and the same form.
1Kin 6:26; The height of the one cherub was ten cubits, and so was the other cherub.

The Bible mentions two types of angels, Cherubim and Saraphim.

Isa 6:2; Seraphim stood above Him, each having six wings: with two he covered his face, and with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew.
Isa 6:6; Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a burning coal in his hand, which he had taken from the altar with tongs.

While the descriptions given in Isaiah and Ezekiel don't sound like angels look like humans, it appears that they can sometimes look like humans.

Acts 1:10; And as they were gazing intently into the sky while He was going, behold, two men in white clothing stood beside them.
Acts 1:11; They also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven."

Sometimes, angels can physically touch us, and even physically move us.

Gen 19:1; Now the two angels came to Sodom in the evening as Lot was sitting in the gate of Sodom. When Lot saw them, he rose to meet them and bowed down with his face to the ground.
Gen 19:10; But the men reached out their hands and brought Lot into the house with them, and shut the door.

Gen 19:15; When morning dawned, the angels urged Lot, saying, "Up, take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away in the punishment of the city."
Gen 19:16; But he hesitated. So the men seized his hand and the hand of his wife and the hands of his two daughters, for the compassion of the LORD was upon him; and they brought him out, and put him outside the city.

Some angels rebelled against God.

Rev 12:7; And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon. The dragon and his angels waged war,

Some angels will eventually go the Lake of Fire.

Jude 1:6; And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day,
Jude 1:7; just as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities around them, since they in the same way as these indulged in gross sexual immorality and went after strange flesh, are exhibited as an example in undergoing the punishment of eternal fire.

In fact hell was originally created for the fallen angels.

Matt 25:41; "Then He will also say to those on His left, 'Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels;

Angels are very powerful, one angel killed 185,000 people.

2Kin 19:35; Then it happened that night that the angel of the LORD went out and struck 185,000 in the camp of the Assyrians; and when men rose early in the morning, behold, all of them were dead.

There are at least 12,000 angels.

Matt 26:53; "Or do you think that I cannot appeal to My Father, and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels?
Angels can never die. Angels in heaven don't marry anyone. ( Neither will humans be married in heaven ).
Luke 20:35; but those who are considered worthy to attain to that age and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry nor are given in marriage;
Luke 20:36; for they cannot even die anymore, because they are like angels, and are sons of God, being sons of the resurrection
There are two angels mentioned by name in the Bible.
Luke 1:19;
The angel answered and said to him, "I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God, and I have been sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news.

Jude 1:9; But Michael the archangel, when he disputed with the devil and argued about the body of Moses, did not dare pronounce against him a railing judgment, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!"
Rev 12:7; And there was war in heaven, Michael and his angels waging war with the dragon. The dragon and his angels waged war,

When Jesus came to Earth, it says he was made "lower than the angels" for a little while.

Heb 2:7; "YOU HAVE MADE HIM FOR A LITTLE WHILE LOWER THAN THE ANGELS; YOU HAVE CROWNED HIM WITH GLORY AND HONOR, AND HAVE APPOINTED HIM OVER THE WORKS OF YOUR HANDS;
Heb 2:9; But we do see Him who was made for a little while lower than the angels, namely, Jesus, because of the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death for everyone.

Jesus is not an angel. He never was an angel.

Heb 1:3; And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
Heb 1:4; having become as much better than the angels, as He has inherited a more excellent name than they.
Heb 1:5; For to which of the angels did He ever say, "YOU ARE MY SON, TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN YOU"? And again, "I WILL BE A FATHER TO HIM AND HE SHALL BE A SON TO ME"?
Heb 1:6; And when He again brings the firstborn into the world, He says, "AND LET ALL THE ANGELS OF GOD WORSHIP HIM."
Heb 1:7; And of the angels He says, "WHO MAKES HIS ANGELS WINDS, AND HIS MINISTERS A FLAME OF FIRE."
Heb 1:8; But of the Son He says, "YOUR THRONE, O GOD, IS FOREVER AND EVER, AND THE RIGHTEOUS SCEPTER IS THE SCEPTER OF HIS KINGDOM.
Heb 1:9; "YOU HAVE LOVED RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HATED LAWLESSNESS; THEREFORE GOD, YOUR GOD, HAS ANOINTED YOU WITH THE OIL OF GLADNESS ABOVE YOUR COMPANIONS."
Heb 1:10; And, "YOU, LORD, IN THE BEGINNING LAID THE FOUNDATION OF THE EARTH, AND THE HEAVENS ARE THE WORKS OF YOUR HANDS;
Heb 1:11; THEY WILL PERISH, BUT YOU REMAIN; AND THEY ALL WILL BECOME OLD LIKE A GARMENT,
Heb 1:12; AND LIKE A MANTLE YOU WILL ROLL THEM UP; LIKE A GARMENT THEY WILL ALSO BE CHANGED. BUT YOU ARE THE SAME, AND YOUR YEARS WILL NOT COME TO AN END."
Heb 1:13; But to which of the angels has He ever said, "SIT AT MY RIGHT HAND, UNTIL I MAKE YOUR ENEMIES A FOOTSTOOL FOR YOUR FEET"?
Heb 1:14; Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to render service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?

In fact the angels worship Jesus, ( verse 6 ) which is interesting given that...

Exod 20:3; "You shall have no other gods before Me.
Exod 20:4; "You shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth.
Exod 20:5; "You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, on the third and the fourth generations of those who hate Me,

Why would the angels worship Jesus, if we can't worship anyone but God? It would seem that Jesus is God.

These are always very controversial passages. One is about the King of Tyre, .. or perhaps Satan.

Ezek 28:12; "Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre and say to him, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "You had the seal of perfection, Full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
Ezek 28:13; "You were in Eden, the garden of God; Every precious stone was your covering: The ruby, the topaz and the diamond; The beryl, the onyx and the jasper; The lapis lazuli, the turquoise and the emerald; And the gold, the workmanship of your settings and sockets, Was in you. On the day that you were created They were prepared.
Ezek 28:14; "You were the anointed cherub who covers, And I placed you there. You were on the holy mountain of God; You walked in the midst of the stones of fire.
Ezek 28:15; "You were blameless in your ways From the day you were created Until unrighteousness was found in you.
Ezek 28:16; "By the abundance of your trade You were internally filled with violence, And you sinned; Therefore I have cast you as profane From the mountain of God. And I have destroyed you, O covering cherub, From the midst of the stones of fire.
Ezek 28:17; "Your heart was lifted up because of your beauty; You corrupted your wisdom by reason of your splendor. I cast you to the ground; I put you before kings, That they may see you.
Ezek 28:18; "By the multitude of your iniquities, In the unrighteousness of your trade You profaned your sanctuaries. Therefore I have brought fire from the midst of you; It has consumed you, And I have turned you to ashes on the earth In the eyes of all who see you.
Ezek 28:19; "All who know you among the peoples Are appalled at you; You have become terrified And you will cease to be forever."'"

Is this passage about a human king? Or about a cherub that was in the garden of Eden? .. or both?
Another seemingly similar passage in Isaiah.

Isa 14:10; "They will all respond and say to you, 'Even you have been made weak as we, You have become like us.
Isa 14:11; 'Your pomp and the music of your harps Have been brought down to Sheol; Maggots are spread out as your bed beneath you And worms are your covering.'
Isa 14:12; "How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, You who have weakened the nations!
Isa 14:13; "But you said in your heart, 'I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God, And I will sit on the mount of assembly In the recesses of the north.
Isa 14:14; 'I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High.'
Isa 14:15; "Nevertheless you will be thrust down to Sheol, To the recesses of the pit.
Isa 14:16; "Those who see you will gaze at you, They will ponder over you, saying, 'Is this the man who made the earth tremble, Who shook kingdoms,

The King James Bible uses the title "Lucifer" here. It's not a name, but rather a title. "Star of the morning".

Isa 14:12; How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

Jesus said He saw Satan cast out of heaven.

Luke 10:18; And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

These verses in Daniel,, are generally taken to be about Michael the angel. Again. not everyone agrees. But if so, this would be one of the first instances where spiritual warfare is mentioned in the Bible.

Dan 10:13; But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
Dan 10:21; But I will shew thee that which is noted in the scripture of truth: and there is none that holdeth with me in these things, but Michael your prince.
Dan 12:1; And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

All of the angels in the Bible appear to be male. ( men ). There is one possible exception.

Zech 5:8; Then he said, "This is Wickedness!" And he threw her down into the middle of the ephah and cast the lead weight on its opening.
Zech 5:9; Then I lifted up my eyes and looked, and there two women were coming out with the wind in their wings; and they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heavens.
Zech 5:10; I said to the angel who was speaking with me, "Where are they taking the ephah?"
Zech 5:11; Then he said to me, "To build a temple for her in the land of Shinar; and when it is prepared, she will be set there on her own pedestal."

But it is doubtful that these were angels, unless they were fallen angels because they carried a wicked ephah to a temple to set up an idol on a pedestal.
As a side note, Shinar is Mesopotamia, where the tower of Babel was built.

I personally believe that angels sometimes appear among us, even today.

Heb 13:2; Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.

Chances are, you may have personally met an angel.

When Lazarus died, it was angels that carried him to Abraham's bosom.

Luke 16:22; "Now the poor man died and was carried away by the angels to Abraham's bosom; and the rich man also died and was buried.

It seems that when the rapture happens, it will be angels gathering people up.

Matt 24:30; "And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and great glory.
Matt 24:31; "And He will send forth His angels with A GREAT TRUMPET and THEY WILL GATHER TOGETHER His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.

Mark 13:26; "Then they will see THE SON OF MAN COMING IN CLOUDS with great power and glory.
Mark 13:27; "And then He will send forth the angels, and will gather together His elect from the four winds, from the farthest end of the earth to the farthest end of heaven.

...and remove those who don't belong.

Matt 13:41; "The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness,

Per some recent video and some claim by a certain "church" and "angel feathers" if they have wings they certainly do not molt.
