yo.

Have not experienced this yet.
Sometimes I wish I had not posted what I thought.
Other times I am glad I posted.
You can spend days in reply to a sloppy post.

What prompted the pole and how does John 17:17 relate to it???????

Happy
Happy,
The question came to me as I was reviewing different posts at work. Lunch break

I won’t deny that this has happened to me. Because it has, I figured this question in a poll form might provide an outlet for anyone to be heard without needing to actually provide what would naturally come next to a questionnaire, which is the who, what, where, and when it happened. Letting it go is one of the hardest thinks for us to do!

As far as John 17:17 goes. It had to do with being prayed for by our Lord that we might be sanctified! I really wanted to go with John 17:16 – 21 in fact all the way through the rest of the chapter. That He wanted this for us, and to be done, not by some ritual act, but by His Word! The theologians will come with He is the Word John 1:1, and He is truth, and relegate His Word which we hold in our hands, gaze at on screens, to nothing more than words in a book or monitor. However, that discussion is for another day, another post my brother! Let’s just leave it with He prayed for us! WOW! Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia!

My answer is "no". I am a seed thrower like the farmer in Mk 4:14-15. As long as I'm throwing seed (God's Word) as best I can, I'm doing my job.
