Hi, my name is James and I'm currently deployed., which is what brought me here! I am feeling lost tonight, I do not know why, I know who to find my strength in, I know where to turn, but tonight it doesn't matter how hard I try, it doesn't matter how hard a reach to touch the hem of His garment! I just cannot get ahold of myself tonight, I can't get ahold of my thoughts, my worries, my fears! Im asking for prayer because right now I feel lost, I feel alone, I feel overwhelmed! I don't even know entirely what to ask prayer for, my mind is overwhelmed! Thank you!

When I'm at the end of my tether reading the psalms out loud helps. So often they give expression to thoughts and feelings I cant quite articulate for myself.
