Dear God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
I pray for those whose lives have been torn apart as the result of fire and flood, disasters which have overtaken them and swept away loved ones, family and friends, and left them homeless and in need of comfort and the very will to live on. Like those in Tennessee at the moment. I pray for those who have faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, that their faith will remain firm and steadfast in the face of this trial, and that those who have no faith, will seek you and find you, that they may be comforted and receive the hope of the life to come.
Lord, I pray that your will be done in the lives of each one, for your name and glory's sake.
