Flesh And Blood and the kingdom of heaven

It is said of flesh and blood that it cannot inherit the kingdom of Heaven.Inaccurate, Enoch and Elijah and Jesus all took it with them. Just as" no man has gone to heaven But Jesus" is inaccurate.The preceding proves that.Transformation and genetic salvation of the flesh are one in the same.How many of you out there can step up to resolving the Old testament and the New Testaments paradoxs?It takes a little courage but it is worth it.Shalom JHS Christan

Did they take Human flesh and blood? The Word stands but those who are carnal can never understand. Looks at scripture again. look at the time when the Messiah was transfigured.

Matthew 17:
1 Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves; 2 and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. 3 And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him. 4 Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, "Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let us make here three tabernacles: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah." 5 While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!"

Where they in human flesh and blood?

Jesus did not have a Human father But He did have a body. But was it Human flesh and Blood?

Scripture says that we will have a body but it will not be human flesh and blood like it is now.

1 Corrinthians15: 49,54
49And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man.50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption. 51Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed-- 52in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.53For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory.

Our current flesh is corruptible it is mortal but not our eternal Bodies that we will put on upon the resurrection. We will be as Jesus.

Amen Adstar!!! Christan be careful that the 2 edged sword doesn't cut you to the core. The adversary works in the flesh (or carnally).
Just as the cross provided salvation and right standing with the Father. It brought about the new covenant. What do you need to know? What is your real hang up? GOD is spirit. JESUS coming in the flesh was for us, not for HIMSELF. HE put aside the glory the HE had and always will have to do the FATHER'S will. HE ended the curse that was brought about by the fall of man, not to mention the rebellion in Heaven which happened before....? Deception takes on many forms. Beware.Please do not compare our LORD's glorified body that He has (that He was willing to put aside for a short period of time) to what we know as the flesh. His glory was given back to HIM. John 17:5, " And now, FATHER, glorify ME along with YOURSELF and restore Me to such majesty and honor in YOUR presence as I had with YOU before the world existed."
Also: Hebrews 12:9, Moreover, we have had earthy fathers who disciplined us and we yielded [to them] and respected [them for training us]. Shall we not much more cheerfully submit to the FATHER of spirits and so [truly] live?
Please try not to put the WORD down.
Psalms 69:9 "For zeal for YOUR house has eaten me up, and the reproaches and insults of those who reproach and insult YOU have fallen upon me"
We who say we have the HOLY SPIRT OF THE LIVING GOD, get our feathers ruffled from time to time when the WORD is being attacked.
Another thing the HOLY SPIRIT just brought to my attention; you need to rightly apply the whole of the scriptures. Can you not see our LORD on the pages of the old testament? Are you still living under the curse of the law? HE is worthy to be praised in spirit and truth.
John 4: 23-24 "A time will come, however, indeed it is already here, when the true (genuine) worshipers will worship the FATHER in spirit and in truth (reality); for the FATHER is seeking just such people as these as HIS worshipers. GOD is a Spirit (a spiritual Being) and those who worship HIM must worship HIM in spirit and in truth (reality).
John 6:63 "It is the SPIRIT WHO gives life [HE is the LIFE-giver]; the flesh conveys no benfit whatever [there is no profit in it]. the words (truths) that I have been speaking to you are spirit and life.
Matthew 26:41, "All of you must keep awake (give strict attention, be cautious and active) and watch and pray, that you may not come into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." All scripture verses are from the Amp. translation
It will take an eternity to grasp just the absolutely smallest fraction of all FATHER GOD ordained and the ultimate sacrifice paid so that we could take off this fleshly tent and put on the rebirth of our spirits, thanks to our LORD JESUS CHRIST, through the baptism of HIS HOLY SPIRIT. The FATHER has HIS reasons for bringing about All that HE has planned. Can I breathe now? Sorry I went so long.

For the Record ^#1 IAM NOT SLAMMIN BELIEVERS #I AM NOT PUTTING DOWN THE WORD I HAPPEN TO HAVE IT AS MY MAIN SOURCE OF READING MATERIAL.I do not belive accusing me of putting the Word down is anything but an attempt to get me tossed from this board.I happen to have a mini ark that I keep all of my preciious Words when I am not using them.I wash my hands before reading them in order to preserve them.Do You?I dillegently search out the conflicts between the old and the new.Obviously some people seem to find that upsetting and disrespectful of the Word.Jesus calls for Intelligence in revelations in reference to the antichrist and the triple 6 number.My guess is He is also asking for Intelligence period in respect to the Word.If you want me to come out and say it I will.I am not a Paulist that dosnt make me an unbeliever.I take what is offered in his letters and let them do thier work in my heart but I dont just accept everything he sais as I do the Words of Jesus himself in the Gospels.And incedently You know about Paul and his visit to heaven.?I Got the Blessing of being Shown the Wheelworks by the master scribe of YHVH in Heaven and have been other places as well in the abode of YHVH.So I am not too worried about that double edged sword hurting me.Anyone who attemps to "Warn me about my shortcomings in respect to the Word"especially publically in a hostile manner will be put on my ignore list.Shalom JHS Christan PS I notice how many have read my posts and moved on there are obviously a majority of members that have good manners.

All i did was point something out, its like advice. Calm down yall lol, i read the verse many times and all i was saying , it reads: Kingom of GOD. Dont know what it says in other bibles, i mean all i read is the KJV.

Clever interpretation, but not complete. "Flesh & Blood" refers to the condition
of fallen man and it's physical state. God dwells in a spirit-world where no one
can go unless they are transformed/translated into spirit, which undoubtedly
Jesus, Elijah and Elisha were during their assension process. Our physical forms
only exist in this dimension, in the dimension of pure spirit nothing physical as we
know it exists. What it consists of precisely we will not know until we are there!

I am addressing this to the thread starter. I believe that was Christan, if not please correct my error. I wasn't lashing out at you or anyone. As I have stated in other places on this forum that I use all caps for all names of GOD to give HIM glory. It's really between me and HIM. Obviously I have offended you. I been where you are,and a few other places as well. I once had a friend who would earnestly try to tell me what the Bible said. I would argue and kick and fuss about it. One day she said, don't get mad at me. Get mad at GOD, HE wrote the book. If you would rather me not post here again (as I thought the SPIRIT of GOD was leading me to), I'm sure He will put me somewhere else. And that will be great for all concerned. She left this computer logged in, so....That means I get to post without registering. That will work. Who in their right mind would want to take their old, wore out, hurting, disfigured, scar ridden, flesh suit in which we have been warring against for decades with them???? Not me, thank you! To be absent of the body either in :sleep: or otherwise is to be. Flesh is hard to get around in, compared to spirit. It would be a hinderance if not needed specifically for your mission.

Remember that you are comparing two different ages. Sometimes what appear to be conflicts are not. What ever you set out to find in the Bible, you will. Be careful of your motivations.The Holy Spirit is our teacher, we shouldn't seek the councel of men. God does send messengers our way though. Extensive study can be bad thing if you are not being corrected and led by the Holy Spirit(not saying your not). How many times have we ventured off the straight and narrow road because we 'thought' or intellectualized a matter? Jesus coming back and taking a physical wife?? Are you not married? Enough of that subject.

Thanks for the insight. You are right. The Kingdom of God is different to the kingdom of heaven.
