friend's husband left

Would you all pray for my dear friend. She has been standing by her husband for many years and has been faithful to the Lord and believes that her husband will one day be delivered from alcoholism and also be saved. He is verbally mean to her when he is drunk, as far as I know is not violent. But she is afraid of him. Anyhow, they are away in California and she just called to say that there was a family arguement and her husband left her and flew back here. She asked me to get some things from her home, I have a key. She is afraid that he will destroy all her bible studies and books. Her name is Ketty, please pray for this lovely lady who has been such a blessing to me and a good friend, she is known in the community aswell, always reaching out and helping others. She asked for prayers for her husband, may the Lord soften this man's hard heart.

Lord, I lift up Ketty and her husband to you right now. Ketty's husband is struggling with alcoholism, release him from the bondage of alcoholism. I pray also that you work a miracle to change the heart of Ketty's husband.
Lord, if this person's heart be too hard to be changed, please intervene so that he does not cause harm to others as he has done to my dear sister.
