God is so GOOD!
i have a testimony to give about The Lord Jesus Christ and small details:
here is my story,
i am living in a rent apartment and i already life here for many years and often time i wondered why do i have to pay for the caretaker of the complex it was almost 25 euro a month and he was only here for a few hours each week and all the people here more then 60 apartments have to pay each that amount surplus above our rent. i always thought in my mind how can it be so much costs?
So i prayed The LORD if He would Change this because it is too expensive additional of an cost, and for a while nothing happened after i prayed this prayer already for 2 years (but only a few times did i pray!) and i though this is impossible to change because of course this will never change as often company's want their money more and more so i thought... this to be never to change only to become even more expensive each year!
Until today i just received a letter from the housing company and lo and behold Glory to GOD they have proposed to lower these costs to almost zero!
Hallelujah Glory to GOD!

I wish to add an almost same testimony here.
When I first arrive in Hong Kong last year, most of the stories I heard from different Overseas Worker from our country share the same stories. Almost all of them were able to come here in big debt because of a very high placement fee on the recruitment agencies ( by the foreign counterparts in the host country), others in lending agencies and that would take them 8 months to one year to pay almost taking 80% of their salary (which is already an overcharging in their part compared to what is really required from the government's labor employment agency) . In almost of the agencies deploying OWF's (overseas Filipino workers) in HK, 8-9 if not 10 out of 10 deployed will return home unluckily contract terminated in 2-3 months, others are fortunate enough if they could reach one year. Why that happens? This is because, some if not most of the recruitment agencies here are what they call "buy one take one". And the agency that accommodated me is one among them!! What they do? In 2-3 months time, these agencies will call the employers of these OFW's inquiring if they are satisfied with them, if not they could offer a new and better one for FREE???? LOL, after one month my employers received already a letter from that agency and I don't know if how many times they called also. Since I've learned of these, I haven't stopped praying for my employment first (hehe) and in behalf of the others who dared to gamble their lives and resources just to find a job for a better living. I felt angry (lol) with these agencies and pity on their victims because all they wanted is their money not thinking on the welfare of their clients. I'm fortunate enough because all of my expenses are shouldered by my employers so nothing to fear of early termination (LOL) but still prayed because I want to finish my contract here. So I prayed and prayed and cried on behalf of them until the Lord gave me a Word of assurance, the Scripture quoted above.
After some months, the recruitment and deployment of OFWs in Hong Kong were halted by recruitment agencies (in our country) due to the high placement fees being charged on them by their foreign counterparts in the host country (Except by those in direct hire - here employers will pay in behalf of their workers) . They want the implementation of zero placement fee policy before they resume OFW recruitment and deployment in the host country. In Hong Kong News, the story went this way:
"A group of recruiters has stopped the deployment of domestic workers bound for Hong Kong starting Feb. 27 to pressure officials of the Chinese territory to require employers instead of workers to pay for placement fees."
Just today, one of my Church-mates told her batch that they are now entitled for a refund from their agency. She was able to refund half of her placement fee which is already a big thing actually) after she was terminated in her fifth month in her employer. So the network begun to move (LOL) calling every friend and relatives newly deployed since last year up to now relaying the news. But for me, I got nothing to refund!! (LOL) But I've been very thankful because the Word of the Lord has been proven true this day!! Amen
