God Has a Plan

Sometimes it's not easy to work out
whether you are where you're meant to be
your mind thinks of that past decision
was it right or wrong? you just can't agree

God's mind set is eternal
ours is fallen and foolish
God knows the reasons why
even if we can only wish

So God's plan for you
is to show you the narrow way
the way of living in consecration
be always on knees to pray

God's ultimate purpose is His glory
so He wants us to be near
at His presence in step with Him
walking in respectful reverent fear

So be always listening to His voice
give our Lord life's first place
leave Him to guide you
His destination is full of grace
