Well, I just got back from a mission trip to Mississippi, this weekend, I just started my 2nd job today at the Child Development Center at my church from 3:30pm to 5:30pm, doesn't sound like much but then I go on to my original job which is from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, at Kingdom Kids evening day care at my church as well. Tomorrow I will apply for a third job as a bank teller to work from 8:30am to 12:30pm... I will have 2:1/2 hours to rest before I have to go to work again if I get hired. In a week and a half I leave for Germany on another mission trip, for a week and a half.
Okay, so why so many jobs? I am 18 years old, about to go to college, my parents are moving out in August, and I'm keeping the house, a car, and every other responsibility. I will be practically an on-my-own adult for the most part by august, having to pay for the car, part of the house, cellphone, gas, insurance, hm, let's see what else? oh yeah, college books and classes. I didn't think it would hit so hard so soon, but life is starting to show me a glimpse of its toughness. Pray for me, please, I need to live for God, work, serve God and people, and live and try to relax, in the midst of all this.
