God shaped hole

He didn't. That hole is something you made when you took God out and made yourself the center of your world. You cant fill that hole, and you have rejected the only one who can fill that hole.

Why would God design us with a hole in our hearts?

All men born on planet earth are born dead on arrival. Spiritual death was the results of Adam's sin in the garden.

Rom 5:12 When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam's sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned.

Man was designed by God to have fellowship with God. If there is no fellowship,( there can not be fellowship when man is spiritually dead), he (man) suffers because of this inability. The Lord God sent his Son to restore this ability back to man so that (hole) in his heart could be filled. What man needs to fill this hole is what man rejects. Instead his tries "lasciviousness" as a means to take away his pain in which he is experiencing in his life.

"lasciviousness" means "unrestraint desires, lust, debauchery, sexual excess"

Eph 4:17 This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind,
Eph 4:18 Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart:
Eph 4:19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

The words, "Who being past feeling" in verse 19 means, "to have, and feel pain". It is very interesting that the Greek word that describes this pain in verse 19, is where we get our English word, "analgesic". A analgesic is a drug used for taking pain away!! Man kind in his "pain" is trying to take his pain away by using "lasciviousness" as a way to make himself feel better.

The only thing that can fill his hole, and take his pain away is Jesus Christ

No, I just reject another belief system out of the thousands.

I do not see myself the center of anything, actually it's quite opposite as I have always looked at myself in a lowly position. Maybe you should get to know me before you make your evaluations.

I know Christians say that, but I am running into so many believers that still feel empty and incomplete (Even after believing in Jesus)

I am not talking about humbleness toward other people, if that is the case, I am talking about you being the center of your moral world, you being the judge of what is right and wrong and only choosing outside influence as to the same if it already agrees with your ideas in general.

I can agree with you on that one. There are a lot of people that go through that while believing in Jesus. I believe that since it can be a lot of people that there are a lot of different backstories and reasons. I know for me, I always tend to push God away, because I just want for Him to prove to me He Loves me and come for me. Which He does, the cross being the most huge way, lol, but He is always persistent in my thoughts and literally in what happens in my life when I'm actually aware and not in my own pity hole. But some reasons are like that example of my life, when we believe in Him yet push Him away in some way we don't fill fulfilled, because we're avoiding His Loving arms. Or we believe in Him and we accepted some way that wasn't what Jesus taught. Kind of like when in my life I forget about God I just keep going about my regular day and it is SO depressing, everyone has problems I don't know how to help with, I have problems that I can't figure out and I'm stressing out. In those moments I forget that God's got my back, I forget what Jesus taught, that He came to give us peace in Him, that He can help, but He knows way more than we do, and He can do way more than what we can do, He knows the better, even though we think we know more on what to do, we don't. Jesus came so that we might have life and have it to the fullest, abundantly. I believe that happens when you totally surrender yourself to Jesus' Love. True freedom ironically isn't found when we go off and do what we want to do, like sin. -John Crowder said that once.- I believe the whole reason God hates sin to begin with is because it hurts us and other people too, and He Loves us, we are His own children, He wants to fill us with His Love, He doesn't want to see us hurting each other and our own selves, He can't stand that, because He Loves us. We keep questioning Him and questioning Him and doubting and then going to our own mundane lives and forget about Him and remember our sour type of moods. True freedom is found when we are surrendered to the Mercy, Grace, and Love of God. His Holy Spirit convicts us and let's us know, subtly a lot of times, that somethings up, which is what I believe those feeling of incompleteness and emptiness are for. When you get hurt how are you gonna know that somethings wrong? You'll know when the wound hurts and when you are in pain. -Christa Black made that example once.- That's how it is in life with God, when we feel that emptiness we then may know in someway we've been pushing Him out or we accepted something other than Him, or many other things. It's a spiritual fire alarm basically, because God wants us to turn to Him so He can fills us and shower us in Grace, Mercy, and Love. He is absolutely amazing! And we don't deserve Him, but that never stopped Him, We are made holy by Jesus' life, by what He did, we don't have to preform for God, He did all the work. Our response to Him is then made after hearing His call and Love every time, our response to what He did so that we could be connected with God through our ONLY mediator, Jesus. He gave us the opportunity to choose Him, to choose Peace, to choose Love, to choose His Grace. And we get this choice in every second of our lives and that decides whether or not the alarm will quit being battery fed by our own efforts against coming to His fullness and Love -whether we were aware that we were doing it or not.- Although the alarm is actual a pretty Gracious gift when you think about it. He didn't have to warn us when we fell from His perfect Love, but He does because He Loves us oh so immensely and He want us ALL in his Love for us!!! And so, because we already have this chance to receive His gift of fullness and salvation in Jesus, and it is by nothing we have done ourselves, but by the Love of our Father alone have we received this gift, we will find life and find it abundantly when we turn towards God and His Love for ALL -and God is Love- it's an ever present choice in this life, one everyone makes every second.
