I think God's provisions are something I have seen so wonderfully since the day He began to draw me, and in sight, I can see that His provisions were before I even walked with Him.
But in the times I have walked with knowing His presence with us, I see them so constantly. Healing and provisions, everything. He is our God and He is Wonderful. And the same for
each one of us.
These last many years and not less in these current years.
It seems that when there is a need, the Lord has always supplied if it pleased Him to do so. I have learned today, again, it is not always immediate, but in His time.
I say that as this last month I'd mentioned to the Lord a couple of times that it seemed I had no personal money whatsoever for any little personal need. I had absolutely no want, just had noticed
that when I might want a little something it was probably not going to be available for little personal needs. Not in a complaint, just had noticed it, felt a tad frustrated at times, not much, but mentioned it to the Lord.
And yesterday, after not so long, and not thinking of it at all, but the Kindness of the Lord,
my husband had mentioned to me to apply for my retirement, and I would have never thought of that. So I did, and got a call that it was going to be available.
Now I know that is the answer to that prayer. In a much larger way than I'd imagined.
And I see how wonderful the Lord does this many times when the need is present. His care if much more than we can imagine.
I was thinking today to share about wedding gowns. I had done my craft work for years by looking for old worn, torn or stained or just cheap gowns.
I'd find one when I needed it, and pray, and wait till it went on half price. It was not a thing I did often, but when needed, and I don't remember not finding
them then half priced and I would buy one at about 25 dollars.
We began feeding children in Kenya and those in need, and so using my crafts for that. Not that my crafts fed them, but I did do that, and it was a way sometimes used.
The Lord always brought the finances, every single time in whatever way He pleased.
This time, I had a large order from a boutique the Lord had provided. And I could not find any gowns for that price anywhere. Finally, I found some plain one for about 60
and was feeling desperate. I went to the Lord and ask if the season was over for using the gowns and teddy bears.
I remember the prayer. Then I thought, but I have a large order, so I don't think so. Would the Lord please provide gowns or a gown for my order?
That week, a lady came into our shop. I wasn't there, but my husband told me about it.
She mentioned a place that sometimes gave gowns or maybe I could buy them inexpensively.
I felt that was very probably the answer to my prayer. So I contacted them.
I was contacted and my husband went to pick up, and instead of a gown, we were given four truckloads of the kind I use. Old torn ornate, stained gowns, and we had an
empty room and they filled them. And even more, we couldn't have brought them all back, without my husband going back and forth, he couldn't have done it there was so many,
and there were people there that offered to helpand use their truck and large car,
and outside our shop where they were put in the empty room to work out of and storage (we just happened to have a whole empty room) Thank You, Lord!!!
was a man who had a wheeled cart to take them in and let us use it.
Everything was provided divinely.
And the place I had the order from, it was late and I was so worried about that order being late, but instead of it being late, I was contacted that the shop had flooded
and so it was not late as they had to put if off a bit, to re-do the shop, and everything they'd bought from me was ruined and instead of ordering the amount they had ordered, they
put in a much larger order, and I had plenty of time to do it.
This was for the ministry to feed the children and people and the Lord cares for everything and I thank Him so!!!
I have worked out of this provision of material now for over two years, maybe even three years.
I thank the Lord so very much!!!
