Green outside my window

[Bent]

It is written: Delight yourself also in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:4

A few years ago I remember saying I would love to be able to wake up and see beautiful green trees outside my window every day. I had forgotten about this, but the other day I woke up remembering and realising that I now have exactly that. Beautiful green trees outside my window to cheer me up every morning.

Now I often stand amazed at this wonderful gift the Lord has brought to my life and I thank him often as I stand awed by the sight.

We need to know that God cares for us in the smallest detail and that He loves to give good gifts to His children.(James 1:17) Never underestimate what God can and will do for you.

Only, delight yourself in the Lord...

Awesome...this is the first message I read this morning...it blessed me so much!

Psa 65:5 By awesome deeds you answer us with righteousness, O God of our salvation, the hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas;
Psa 65:6 the one who by his strength established the mountains, being girded with might;
Psa 65:7 who stills the roaring of the seas, the roaring of their waves, the tumult of the peoples,
Psa 65:8 so that those who dwell at the ends of the earth are in awe at your signs. You make the going out of the morning and the evening to shout for joy.
Psa 65:9 You visit the earth and water it; you greatly enrich it; the river of God is full of water; you provide their grain, for so you have prepared it.
