My name is Jaymie and I am from the United Kingdom. I signed up I think to the forum a couple of months ago but this is my first time posting. I am a Christian and I believe in the Lord but, and I admit this, I experiance alot of emotional pain and confusion, although I believe the Lord certainly exists and intends to guide the flock that loves him.

Friends, I am scared for this planet and for the future. I feel that I am a coward. The Lord looking after me and giving me both strength and courage, the ability to stay on a decent path, otherwise I would have given in by now, I feel.

Turn your eyes upon Jesus!

The more we turn our eyes upon Jesus, the less the world is our focus. The word of God has all the answers to everything. The word says, trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths. Practically, what I do...is speak the word of God to myself. Spiritually that means prophesy to yourself. Sometimes I have to keep speaking it and speaking it because the feelings are not there. God watches over His word to perform it, not our words nor our feelings. When we choose to beieve His word, we are acting on faith, and faith pleases God. I encourage you to read more of the word of God...speak the word of God out loud to yourself in the mirror. The enemy hates the word of God...it is a mighty weapon of warfare for him and destroys the lies the enemy tells us. The word of god is truth and truth sets us free! Praying for you! Wow! A woman on wings....Rev. 12:14
