God Is Not Guilty

JOB 40:8 LB

8 -Are you going to discredit my justice and condemn me so that
you can say you are right?

Many are quick to blame God for all the bad things in their
life and in the world. After all, God is ultimately
responsible, isn't He?

Is a parent responsible for the choices their grown children
make? Certainly, they had influence in raising their children.
But ultimately, each human makes their own choices and we are
each responsible for our own actions. We cannot blame our
parents forever , our spouses , or anyone else.
If we choose to do wrong, it is our choice.

People are guilty. The devil is guilty. Not God.

But what about storms, earthquakes, and stuff ?

Jesus rebuked the storm in Luke 8:24. Should we to believe that
Jesus was rebuking something that God was responsible for ?

Although it is not clear now to most people, one day it will be
clear to all: God is not guilty of anything. The devil and
people shoulder the blame for all the heartache, misery, and
pain on earth.

JEREMIAH 9:24 NIV

24- but let him who boasts boast about this , that he understands
and knows me, that I am the LORD, who exercises kindness,
justice and righteousness on earth, for in these I delight,
declares the LORD.

I repent of ever blaming God for any wrongdoing. God
is not guilty. Thank you Father For Your Son , Jesus Christ !
There is just no other way ... EVER ...for ANYONE to be saved !

Today , lets hide in the hollow of Gods hand and take refuge , and
find rest from the storms of life . Peace to all , and grace and
mercy to all who need it in Jesus name . Mike

Dear Mike,

This is a question I have been often asked by people: "Why do bad things happen in the world?" Why? Because Satan is the god of this world. Satan is the god of this present evil age, and that is basically why bad things happen. Moreover, it relates to the fall of the humanity, the fall of man. And that not only had an affect on mankind, but also on the earth itself. This is why bad things happen in the world.

However, God has provided for us a place of true security, and that place is in Christ. That is, to be hidden in Christ. And that place has a door. And the door to that one, and only place of true secuity is the Cross of Christ. It is through which that door we must enter to come into that place of true security to be hidden in God in Christ. Psalms 91 has been called God's Atomic bomb shelter, and with this all in mind. If you were to now read and mediate on that psalm. You may even come to see something more.

hey this brings me to one of my favorite scriptures
Nahum 1:3


The LORD [is] slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit [the wicked]: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds [are] the dust of his feet.


i like the part about the clouds being the dust of his feet......ecspecially on a cloudy day...the big fluffy ones..God Bless

hey this brings me to one of my favorite scriptures
Nahum 1:3

If we begin with the previous verse it reveals even more.

God is jealous, and the LORD avenges;
The LORD avenges and is furious.
The Lord will take vengeance on His adversaries,
And He reserves wrath for His enemies;

The LORD is slow to anger and great
in power, And will not acquit the wicked.

The LORD has His way
In the whirlwind and in the storm,
And the clouds are the dust of His feet.

----- NAHUM 1:2, 3 NKJV

The LORD translates the Hebrew Yahweh, the covenant name of God.
He is jealous, demanding undivided devotion, and intent on protecting and vindicating His people. His mercy and patience make Him slow to anger.

May we thank God that He is merciful slow to anger.

But we should not presume, however, on that mercy.

May we give our life to Jesus. He will save us from God's judgment on sin.

May we understand that God loves us so much that He gave His only Son to die for our salvation.

May we respond to God; receive Jesus' holiness on our behalf.

May we turn from our sin and follow Jesus (see John 3:16, 17).
