Heaven or Hell????

Everyone who beleive in Jesus will enter the heaven.
But i have a question that i have never known the answer that is
" if all the children pass away where will they go, to the heaven or the hell? "
If the the parents beleive in Jesus i know that they will be in heaven but what about the other children that has parents who don't beleive in Jesus?
