I'm here because I am interested in how we can address the declining morals in our society. Society is rotten from the top. I had a quite shocking experience at a courtroom in Oregon, and I am interested in how those steeped in Christ's teachings would deal with that experience. That experience was as a self-representing litigant (pro se) and it made me realize how our rights, our Constitutional rights, have been taken from us by a corrupt and immoral 'legal' system. It seems that Oregon the Constitutional no longer matters. If that is so, then there is only Christian morality that guarantees anybody's safety from opportunism and exploitation. I hope to explain that courtroom in a future post and ask the question:what do the teachings of Christ direct us to do in these circumstances?

I hope you find fellowship, growth in God's Word, and most especially Jesus while you are here!

It is never surprising that the world and this country is becoming/has become corrupt and darker as each day/year passes. As it moves away from God, and its people become less religious it can't help it. What made this country great was the foundation upon which it was laid. The people honored God, were humble in doing what needed to be done for God and Country. This is no longer the case. John Adams said it best when he said "Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

As you have seen for many a year, this government is neither of those two things identified by our 2nd President John Adams. Sadly, I do not see it turning back to what it was. It has become too full of itself, desiring what is pleasurable over what is Godly.

Well, with that being said, I truly hope you will find what will fill you and I believe that can only be Jesus, which of course is currently antithesis to what this Country has become.
