Hi Everyone,
I haven't been a member of 'Talk Jesus' for very long but I thought that I would take a little time to introduce myself to you.
I'm Lynda and I live in Teesside, UK. We're very close to York and Whitby - it's a lovely part of the world.
I was born with cerebral palsy - just a bit - enough to cause people to stare at me, but not enough to stop me from living my life to the full.
The worst part of being disabled is that it stops me from communicating with other people - sometimes I have felt rather isolated - but other than that, life is very sweet.
I'm married to John, have been for 35 years, and we have two daughters and two darling grandchildren. These for wonderful blessings were heaven sent. We never expected a familyof our own but that's what love can do!! With help from the Good Lord Himself.
Because I have a pure and simple faith, I felt compelled to write my autobiography ( it only took me ten years to finish ) and I'm delighted to say that it was published last September. You have no idea how overjoyed I was to see my unspoken words in print.
Anyway, enough about me. I'm looking forward to making friends with you all.
Be happy in God's love,
from Lynda
