I am reaching out to ask you to pray for me. Lately (last ten days), my walk with the Lord has been suffering. My "normal walk" I pray and read twice a day, sometimes midday obeisance - and talking to God throughout the day mixed in with youtube videos, sermons etc. Right now I am suffering greatly and can't even seem to pray. I can't even think about what words to utter. I laid down with my bible like you'd hold a teddy bear, but haven't found a way to open up the pages. I have lost my appetite. I am full of anxiety. I am trying to focus on God and not my situation, but that is quite a roadblock right now. Tempations of sins that my old man loved to do were knocking at my door and just about busted thru. They may come back along with others.

Glad to pray for you brother. But remember... whenever you stumble, get back up and keep walking, we move toward a goal, and in our weakness, we sometimes stumble. God knows this and loves us as we are, but urges us onward toward the goal. Keep going, even if you stumble.

Praying Mister

@Mister

it may help to decide you want God's peace and not the devil's lies.

Sure, you may agree with this but sometimes we need to make that decision when the heat is on, if you know what i mean?
That way we resist all else and the devil flees.

and GIVE THANKS

Yes in Jesus name

Bless you ....><>

Hi @Mister,

I'm thinking our Heavenly Father's reading your post thinking, 'Son, why are you hassling those poor people on TJ? Why don't you come and hassle me?' ;)

Looks to me, you've got plenty to pray about. Don't worry if you're feeling that your prayers don't make it past the ceiling because they do. That's the enemy feeding you lies. No, God is with you and via the Holy Spirit, He's inside of you; he knows your every thought, up to the day you'll be going to meet up with Him. So step out and restart those prayers, share with God just how you're feeling and ask Him to revitalise your experience of Him. God loves to hear from you when you're down, fed up and peed off with life, it just shows that you need Him, more than you realise.

Then get back into that Bible and get reading. A good start point is Jesus's sermon on the mount, Matthew chapters 5, 6 & 7. Then a good indepth look into Romans 6-8 to read about the struggles of life as compared to the glorious forever with Him.

Hope you can get your relationship and walk with God back on the tracks. I'll be praying for you.

God bless you bro.
