Help with loading pictures

Could someone help as I have been trying to upload some pics but the process seems to have changed,and when I upload a pic from my PC nothing happens and the upload window wont close so I can save changes etc.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

I have tried numerous times to do this now,all I am trying to upload are Christian verse pics for my album and for anyone to copy them and use them as desktop wallpapers as I do.Any help with this please,Chad,mods?Thanks,and God bless.
