I have suffered mental illness for years now & has effected every aspect of my life, leading to short span relationships, very hard to make and maintain friendships.. Being a recluse, not able to work etc
I have this apparent disorder of the personality they say, plus major Anxiety issues, I also get bouts of depression and hallucinations when stressed.
I've always got through this by drinking alcohol heavily . Yes I am admitting my alcoholism here amongst us friends.
Yes I realise the sin, I also realise that whenever I'm drinking it keeps me away from my faith.. I don't bother reading scripture etc

I get down.. My emotions are erratic, from bursts of anger to sadness to anxious to suicidal, but always, always lonely.

I'm here.. Struggling, but here.. I still have a few fingers clinging to the hand of hope.
I will never ask for prayers, but if you decide to. Thank you.

when I was at my worst brokenness is when I can to the Lord, I am praying for you, do not give up, you are not alone, God loves you, go to him with your problems, repent and fasting is what helped me.

Also what really helps me before to overcome depression, someone help me to to be part of the ministry in the church. They become my second family in a foreign country. Though it was not easy at first but God will send people for Him to really make us feel that we are not alone.

Please do so, be part of a local church that can help you, dont let the enemy bound you because that chain was broken more than 2000 years ago, and always look at the brighter side of life it can really help
