I feel so weak and broken down by my sin. I feel as if the devil is really trying to destroy me. Yesterday I was talking on the phone to my athiest friend about the possibility of God with science. it sounded like I made him consider his existance. Then 5 minutes after I hung up as I'm doing folding laundry a huge 10lb peice of my plaster ceiling falls on my head. I think the devil was mad at what I talked with my friend. But the point I'm writing this is because I need help with my life so I can get closer to Jesus. I pray and talk to him every day. I rebuke and command any demons in the name of Jesus and the blood of Christ. I don't feel any different after though most time. Somebody please pray that God may give me my authority back to rebuke these demons. And that I may see and feel the presence of God, may I also get a glimps of his presence. So that i may have motivation and a drive to help others come to Christ.
Thank you.
Dear Ariel, you have the authority in Jesus Name.
You don't have to feel different in the spiritual battle, just give it to the Lord in prayer, rebuke the enemy in Jesus Name, give it to him and he will deal with it.
Prayer the Lord's prayer every day,' give us this day', 24 hours, and lead us not into temptation but 'deliver us' from the evil one.
Also put on the whole armour of God.
Ephesians 6:10-20 (NKJV)
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual
hosts of wickedness in the heavenly
places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints--
19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,
20 for which I am an ambassador in chains; that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
Praying
Bless you
