I guess this happens to many of you

Hi everyone.

I was hungry and went into the kitchen for something, and I heard the Holy Spirit tell me to fast, that something important is happening, and to fast and pray that God's Will be done with it. It seemed pretty important in the intensity of the request, so I thought I would include those of you who would at least pray about it. Currently fasting til morning at least and then seek God's will on it. Thanks.

Also remember: (Matt. 6)NASB
" But as for you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that your fasting will not be noticed by people but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees what is done in secret will reward you."

It could have been a "test" for your obedience unto HIS Word.

I only mentioned it after I asked the Lord if I should share it here and He said go ahead. And I am never concerned about any rewards. I will lay any crowns at the feet of Christ for it was always Him who did anything good through me. On my own power, I am nothing. I value my relationship with God too much to be prideful about His strength as if it were my own.

Whatever it was that we were praying for seems good to go. That was the impression I got from the Holy Spirit, thanks for your prayers.
