Jesus said,
Not everyone that says to me Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? and in your name cast out devils? and in your name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me , you workers of iniquity (unrepentive sinners).
Matt 7:21-23

Question: so even workers of iniquity are working in the gifts of the Lord, but won't be found in the kingdom of heaven?

God first always.
All praise, glory and honor be unto God. Amen

Well I know that the first commandment is all important this bible quote would apply: 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have absolute faith so as to move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

It has to do with the fact that God is Love, so as soon as we walk away from Love we walk away from God. And since God is Light, as soon as someone walks into darkness/sin, they will walk away from God.

Some gifts like seeing with the eye is very much possible without having chosen Jesus, my eye was seeing before I chose Jesus. But back then it would not see what approaches purity, Love, and the light of God, it would see demonic things. It is a matter of cleaning and healing the eye, when it is bad/ evil it is cause satan has attacked it, and that person has not been obedient to God cleaning/ repenting enough. and or has not received Gods help cleaning the eye, here Jesus speaks of the good and the evil eye, and their effects on the seeing:

The Lamp of the Body
21For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 22The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. 23But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!…

Greetings in the Lord
It begins in the heart.
Upon true repentance, God begins His work; taking our heart of stone and giving us a heart of flesh.
I will worship the Lord my God with all my heart, mind, body and strength.
The heart has been ignited, and the eye (window to the soul) will reflect the light that resides in the heart.
If thine eye be darkness, it is because the heart of stone remains.
And upon seeking Him in spirit and truth, all is being cleansed together in His righteousness, being redeemed from the law of sin and death, being delivered from the devil and darkness, being sanctified by the blood of Jesus and sealed by the Holy Ghost and power (fire).
Yes God is Love and Light.
No greater love has a wo/man then he(r) that lay down their life for their friend.
God is my friend, first; I lay down my life for Him.
My neighbor is my friend, second, I lay down my life for.
In order to be a servant to all my neighbors, I must serve God, first.
If one will keep the first commandment, we would not break any of the commandments; do all things as we would do unto God. There would be no darkness in the world to do to any other; because God is Love.
Perfect love casteth out fear.

Jesus said, if my servants were of this world (earth), they would fight. And so many, who say they belong to Christ, but do not; because they fight and war one against the other, never considering God is watching, listening, knows all about it; that God is present, right here and now.

God first always.
All praise glory and honor be unto God. Amen

You write so beautifully of Love in the Lord, and of His law.

What you write is wonderful

But there is a warning here:

14Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? 15Or what harmony has Christ with Belial, or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? 16Or what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God; just as God said,
“I WILL DWELL IN THEM AND WALK AMONG THEM;
AND I WILL BE THEIR GOD, AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE.
17“Therefore, COME OUT FROM THEIR MIDST AND BE SEPARATE,” says the Lord.
“AND DO NOT TOUCH WHAT IS UNCLEAN;
And I will welcome you.
18“And I will be a father to you,
And you shall be sons and daughters to Me,”
Says the Lord Almighty.

The warning has to do with not falling into satans traps, satan will want to trick us that to love our neighbour, is to love all about our neighbour, their sins and all. It is satan that wants us to love sin, in ourselves and others.

It is why it is written we must love our neighbour as ourselves.

We are only to love the light within ourselves, not the darkness, we are to repent from darkness/ kill the old man.

To love the light of God inside sisters and brothers is to love the body of Christ.

It is good that we warn others about the tricks of satan as we have been led to expose them, so I want to add it to your beautiful writings about love of the Lord. It does not mean I do not like your writings, I really do

What fellowship have light with darkness?
To watch darkness flee from you.
Like lighting a candle in a darkroom; darkness flees.
God doesn't lead His children blindfolded, He never has, and He never will.

God first always.

Jesus in His parable of the ten virgins of Matt.25, said the same thing to the five foolish virgins, and those represent believers on Him. The Matt.7 version is about the believer also, since they claimed to prophesy in His name, cast out devils in His name, and did many wonderful works in His name. So that is definitely not... about the Old Testament "workers of iniquity".

The "workers of iniquity" are the "tares" in Jesus' parable of the tares of the field in Matthew 13. They represent the children of darkness, Satan's workers that follow and worship him. They are the ones like in Isaiah 5:18 that "draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope:". The meaning is they pull a cart full of their sins around for show and tell with a cart rope, for all to see, actually promoting sin. That's the "workers of iniquity", not a believer on Jesus Christ.

Thus Christ's warning in Matth.7 and 25 to the 'believer' that He will reject at His future coming will involve their doing 'iniquity', but in willful ignorance. What do I mean by that, you might ask?

The five foolish virgins had Oil that was in their lamps, while waiting on the Bridegroom, right? That Oil in the parable represents The Holy Spirit. But the five wise virgins brought a 'spare vessel' of the Oil to go with what was in their lamps. And they all slept, waiting on the Bridegroom to come. When the Bridegroom (Jesus) came, they trimmed their lamps up, but the lamps of the five foolish virgins ran out of the Oil. They were told to go 'buy' the Oil at market when they asked to borrow from the five wise virgins. They discovered that you cannot 'buy' that Oil which represents The Holy Spirit. The whole theme here is about 'preparedness' to meet Jesus at His coming. And who or what we follow in this world, is paramount to being prepared to meet Him, and to measure up.

Now I strongly believe that our works is not what saves us in Christ Jesus, but our Faith in Jesus Christ instead, like Apostle Paul taught. But did you know that Apostle Paul also taught that those who 'walk by the flesh' doing the works of the flesh shall not enter into the kingdom of God? (See 1 Timothy 1; 1 Corinthians 6; Galatians 5). That means doing 'iniquity' (habitual sin without caring) can... shut the door to Jesus when He comes.

What idea do those on man's doctrine of "once saved, always saved" believe? That doctrine is from men's doctrines; it is not written in God's Word. We have to maintain our 'walk' with Jesus, and repent to Him when we find ourselves in sin, even after we have believed on Him and been baptized.

But the OSAS doctors instead say, in the extreme of that doctrine, that there is never any more need of repentance after our initial belief and baptism. Well that is not what Apostle John taught in 1 John 1. He showed we need to repent of future sin. And in Romans 3:25, Apostle Paul even showed that our initial belief on Jesus Christ is for the remission of sins "that are past".

This is why there are so many believers today flocking to the 'feel good' OSAS type Churches, while leaving the Churches that warn about sin and preach the need for continual walk with Jesus and repentance of future sin. The deceived instead see those Churches that have more Bible discipline as old fashioned, stale, dull, full of hatred and not peace, love, dove. Thus the 'lukewarm' Churches produce believers that think they cannot sin anymore after having believed on Lord Jesus Christ, and when Jesus does return, they will be in for a huge shock!

Greetings in the Lord
Yes, sin has (past) away upon being reborn.
Are you reborn in Christ Jesus and spiritually minded?
Or you still a flesh being, carnally minded?

Greetings in the Lord

Yes, sin has (past) away when you accepted Christ as you Lord and Savior.

Are you reborn in Christ Jesus and spiritually minded?
Or you still a flesh being, carnally minded?
Have you received Him?
Do you believe in the working power of the cross?
How many times do you think He has die for your (sins)?

If your still in repentance stage, over and over...you haven't arrived yet.

Do you believe you are covered in His blood?

Justified, redeemed, delivered, sanctified....

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but the Spirit.
For the law of the Spirit of life (new man) hath made me free from the law of sin and death (old man).
I suggest read all Rom 8, it will do you good.

When He makes you free, you are free indeed.

What he make you free from?

Sin and death.

Now how many times...

For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, and have tasted the good Word of God, and the powers of the world to come, if they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put Him to an open shame. Heb 6:4-6

For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, but the certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Heb 10:26-31

It is impossible for one who has been baptized in the Holy Ghost to also be a sinner.
One who is still a sinner will not be baptized in the Holy Ghost.
So you say the Holy Ghost and a sinner can reside in the same body? It is not possible.
The carnal can reside in the same temple with the Holy Ghost? It is impossible. They are enmity one against the other.
One doesn't receive the Holy Ghost until true repentance has come.
We began washing our minds with the Word of God, seek ye the kingdom of God first, God cleansing us by His word, preparing us to receive the Holy Ghost.
When you have been blessed to receive the Holy Ghost, sin has already moved out through the washing of water by the Word.
Alot of false teachings on sin and judgement.
Lean not to your own understanding.
The Holy Ghost is the only true Teacher.

Now check out the Lord's prayer

Matt 5 I believe

Forgive me my debts, as I forgive my debtors.

So you think debt is sin? correct?

Again, lean not to your own understanding.

Debt is what you owe; correct?
Debtor is who owes you; correct?
What is your debt to Christ?

I am blood bought, Holy Ghost taught, child of royalty, clothed in majesty by the KING.
He paid my debt in blood.
Paid a debt I justly owed.
Now I am a debtor to the cross, even to death, if it be His will.
Pay what you owe to the Lord.
He lay down his life for us, and ask us to lay down our life for Him and everybody (neighbor) before ourselves.

Did you raise up a new creation in Him, yet?
Or are you a thief? Do you not pay what you owe?

What we owe is clearing written in the instructions.
Pick up your cross and follow Him.
Do all things unto God.
Be a doer of the Word not a hearer only.
It is not I that lives, but Christ that lives in me.
As I live, move and breath; have my very being, I do so unto God.
My sins are past, bought and paid for; I fell at the cross and they hang right there on the cross. They have been blotted out and remembered no more.

How is the Lord ever going to work through or be glorified in a body... that's a sin body?

Everybody sitting in the church house can't overcome being a sinner. Why? Because they are not be taught by the Holy Ghost, but a flesh man who isn't being taught by the Holy Ghost. A man building off another mans foundation; preaching what he preached...handed on down generation after generation, stagnated water not fit to drink.

I encourage you come out of that old man, and put on Christ.
God first always.
All praise glory and honor be unto God.

It is impossible for one who has been baptized in the Holy Ghost to also be a sinner.

One who is still a sinner will not be baptized in the Holy Ghost.
That is so untrue as the baptism is just the beginning for a sinner. Who is born again that follows the law prior, if it were possible Paul would have been
one of those extremely few maybe.
Acts 15:7 And when there had been much dispute, Peter rose up and said to them: Men and brethren you know how that a good while ago, God chose among us that by my mouth the gentiles should hear the word of the gospel and believe.
So God who knows the heart GAVE THEM THE HOLY GHOST, just as He did to us.................
Now who among the gentiles and Peter were non sinners PRIOR to receiving the Holy Ghost??

What say ye to Pauls testimony in Romans 7: Now If I do what I will not to do, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. I find then a law,
that evil is present with me, the one who wills to do good. For I delight in the law of God in the inward man.
But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

We are saved and given the helper (Holy Ghost) to overcome the world. The spiritual son within does not sin, but the flesh will. Thus yes the Holy Ghost
resides in us bringing us closer to a sinless being, but since the body is sinful it must pass away and until it does it will always be the foe of the inward man.
The carnal mind is the lackey that must die and as it dies the new creature feeds off its decay like new growth from a forest fire.

You were given that mind before birth and you still have it as it is your greatest enemy, devised by the Father as an obstacle to overcome.

If we are sinless beings then we would not have anything to overcome, but as the warnings to the 7 churches were made they were to His people
then and now to not partake but overcome those issues. Some do, some don't, but only the ones who overcome are those that are rewarded.

You were washed once but until your dead physically you'll still need your feet cleaned now and then.

And to deny that you have a carnal mind, not carnally minded, is willful fear of engaging it to battle. Just as Satans greatest feat is to have humans
believe He does not exist, so it is with the carnal mind, to deny it isn't killing it!

I am a Christian, believe in Jesus Christ as my Savior, and have been baptized in His name, so of course that means I'm 'born from above' (the actual meaning of "born again" in John 3).

Your question about being 'spiritually minded' is just a trap leading question, so what makes you think you have authority to test my worthiness and status as a disciple of Jesus Christ? Do you... still live in a flesh body? If you do, then it means you STILL slip up at times and sin, because you ain't... your own Christ, and you NEED to repent to Jesus, and then get back to actually following what God's Word teaches, and not what men's doctrines teach.

No traps, not at all.
It's right there in your Word.
Seek it out for yourself.
God wants us to grow up and walk, become mature in Him.
We either believe in the working power of the cross and His blood atonement covering us, or not. I believe.
That doesn't give anyone the right to think I'm gonna do whatever I want to do and your forgiven.
I would not suggest anyone do that.
I believe I have posted what could happen if one does.
Yeah it's hard to swallow.

God first always

Yes, baptism comes in stages.
And many that are called never seek Him other then confessing Him as Lord and Savior, and getting dunked under the water.
Many will never forsake anything of this world's precious life, to ever earnestly seek Him.

No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please HIM who hath chosen him to be a soldier. 2 Tim 2:4
Do you understand this scripture?
Can't serve God and mammon...
We're all in for God, or lost in the world.

You prob think this old world just going to keep the same pace as always too.
Hang on...
We got some strong God awakening events coming up on all the world.

God first always.

So your not double minded...but still a sinner?
Yes I still live in a flesh body, so did Jesus.
What was the one thing that was different between Him, and everyone else?
Remember there was no sin in Him....
Jesus was born of the Holy Ghost.
The others were granted gifts for a season; until they were born of the Holy Ghost in the upper room after Jesus resurrection.
The Holy Ghost lives in the temple God constructed or it don't.
Sin and the holy ghost cannot live in the same temple.
It is not possible.

Look who Paul was on His way to Damascus...
threatening, beating and killing anyone who preached in the name of Jesus.
What happened to Paul on the road?
An immediate, spiritual manifestation took place.
Paul's life changed in an instant, in the twinkling of an eye, he was a disciple of Christ; an apostle he called himself.
Paul was full of sin, but not after the Holy Ghost filled him.
Paul didn't go through stages of baptism, Paul was a chosen vessel of God.

It happens the same way for us. In an instant, immediately.

God first always.

Greetings in the Lord
What I have posted....
Should make you cling even tighter to the Lord,
for it definitely is not a one way ticket to go commit sin.
I also posted why you should not sin against God.
It in your instruction book.

God first always.

John 6:54 . .Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life

The grammatical tense of "has" is present tense rather than future tense, indicating
that people who correctly dine upon Christ's flesh and blood obtain eternal life right
away-- no delay and no waiting period.

Eternal life is a crucial element of Christianity. The reason I say that is because
according to God's input-- as an expert witness in all matters pertaining to the
faith --people without eternal life are also without His son; i.e. they are literally
quite christless.

1John 5:11-12 . . This is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life,
and this life is in His son. So whoever has God's son has this life; and whosoever
does not have this life, does not have His son.

Ergo: people without eternal life are in the category of those whom Jesus does not
Know, i.e. they are not yet unified with him.

No that is not true this will apply: 1 John 1:8 If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

It is God who is without sin, God is within us, we are the children of light, the flesh will die, the light is eternally,
So we are sin free, but to know it every second, to never make a mistake, it is beyond humans.

The more we repent, the closer we get to purity, that is why repentance to the remission of sin shall be preached
in His name to the world.

That is why He asks us to pray the Lords prayer, if there were no debts, He would not ask us to to say
Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.

The Oil in for the lamps as Jesus has told me is purity, we must do our best to repent to the remission of sin.

It is foolish not to do it, because repentance is a blessing, full of rewards, it is keeping dirt that is a curse,
So why not get rid of it as our Lord has shown us a way.

But of course the Holy Spirit is purity, is one with purity.

So what you say is not wrong in that sense.

But when we know the oil is purity, we will know that repentance is the answer,
asking and praying for purity is the answer
To love Him Who is pure is the answer
It will lead us towards the Holy Spirit in eternity

Repentance to remission of sin shall be preached in His name.
