Phillipians 1:3 "I thank my God every time I remember you."
Before I found talkJesus, I had two other christian chat sites that I visited daily. Although I sometimes still visit them, they are not my web home any more. I never could find anyone that wanted to discuss scriptures or evangelism at the one site. They were friendly...but if Jesus is not at the center of it, it's just plain....boring sometimes. At the other site, they were wonderful prayer warriors, but they had some ideas from scriptures that didn't ring true for me. When I didn't agree with all their views, I was sort of ignored and cast aside.
I was having a lot of problems (as usual, lol) and it seemed like I was constantly asking for prayer at one place or the other. One day, on a google search, I found talkJesus. It has been my home on the web ever since.
I wish I could say that I have the answers, but I don't. I only know one Person who does, and that's Jesus. And if we're going to get any answers, it's going to be from Him. The fellowhip here is not perfect, because we're human. Thank God talkJesus is not perfect! Because if it was, I wouldn't be allowed to be here!
This place was a direct answer of prayer for me, and I know that it is also that for many, many of you.
Sometimes....like the other day...it really does seem perfect here. I guess because there's a little piece of heaven, here, and I just happened to be here when the cloud started raining from heaven. Many were fellowshipping and praying together in the chat room and the prayer room. People were gathering around those who were hurting and ministering to them. Just like the church is supposed to do!

I just realized I forgot to tell how tJ has helped me! Okay, I will tell you--reading the bible studies helps me to grow, having fellowship with other christians helps me to be accountable and grow. There seems to be a wonderful balance here between scholarly and fun! Thank You, God, and thank you, Chad.
