~THE HOLY TRAP QUICK FIX~
(#491) ~I WAS THERE FOR YOU~
:Mt 26:36-45, 28:20, Ps 94:14, Jos 1:5, Dt 31:6, Col 3:23-24:
Good evening Holy Trap, I pray that all is well. Flowing from my heart are the issues of my heart. Lord help me with this one- It read’s in (Mt 26:36-40-Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, "Sit here while I go over there and pray." 37He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled. 38Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me." Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will." Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. "Could you men not keep watch with me for one hour?" he asked Peter.) I know a lot of us can relate to this,…you was there for people. I mean you was really there, you had their back & then some. You was there,…even when nothing was in it for you. You went to war for Marty, when it wasn’t even your fight. You where there when it was at your expense, even when you didn’t want to be there, you still was there. I knew Jesus had to be disappointed and hurt, because He was there for them, especially Peter. He saved Peter from drowning and the dude wasn’t even studying Him, when it was His time in need. See you have some people,…who only know you when they need you, but then those same people, when you need them,….they’re nowhere to be found. And if you don’t want to be honest,…tell me it doesn’t make you mad as hell.
Check it - It is written in (Col 3:23-24- And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.) See don’t look for people to be there for you, because you’ll be disappointed every time. Jesus proved that in (Mt 26:36-45) His buddies, His companions, people He chose, His disciples and better yet,… His friends. They didn’t had Him to study in His time of need, they wasn’t there for Him. So whenever you help someone, by lending a helping hand or a listening ear, do it unto the Lord and you won’t be disappointed, because He’ll be there for you, when it‘s your turn. The scripture says in (Ps 94:14- For the LORD will not reject his people; he will never forsake his inheritance.)
Now let me talk to you’ll, who have God at their exposal, but won’t be at His. Nah don’t get me wrong I’m not judging, but you wrong for that. God said,…I was there for you, I protected you even when you didn’t wanted to protect yourself. You know better than to be fornicating with these fools out there, and to make matter worst,…without protection. I was there for you, I cover you from HIV or any other STD’S. I had your back Key,… them bullets was real, but because I love you so much and I had made a promise to be there for you (Mt 28:20) I didn’t allow them bullets to kill you. I was there for you, when everybody else give up on you. I was the one who believed in you and used you, to bring Me glory. I was there for you, when you needed me,…now how come, your not in My House? When I need you to be worshiping Me. I was there for you, when you didn’t have nobody or no money to pay them bills. And you mean to tell me, your not going to tithe. I was there for you, when you needed me to heal you, and now that’s done,…you’re going to treat Me so cold, I can’t hear nothing from you no more,…you don’t even pray no more. I’m going to close right here, that’s that, to God be the Glory, remember He was there for you :AMEN: (Dt 31:6-…he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.) (Get Saved- Mt 4:17, 1Jn 1:9, Ro 10:9, 13)
