If jesus could be called back to this earth...

Would we want him back or would we wasn't him to stay in heaven where he went 2000 years ago. If he could come back would it be great or would we hate it.

Do we want the devil back to help ease the pain of Jesus's suffering, as he too was a friend of Jesus. What were to happen if all apostles came back and were here to help the world/earth heal before our time passes.

Why do you think that is? People do bad stuff I know because I've done things I'm not proud of...but if we do not want a quick death like 2012 is supposed to give us

I think he'd have some harsh criticism for everybody, but more importantly, me. At the same time, He'd also provide encouragement and help ease a lot of troubles, as well as answer a lot of questions.

He'd utterly the worship of nations, including the worship of America and many other nations whose people give onto Ceaser that which belongs to God.

Other than that, I think it'd be cool and beyond awe-inspiring.

Most of the non-religious world are comfortable with their (sinful) lives and as such would not like it if Jesus came back to earth and started trying to teach them the truth again, and the people of the non-Christian religions would call Jesus intolerant and a hater. I think it would be awesome to watch Him in person though, and we certainly would get the real answer to the question :WWJD?

He is indeed coming back and will again walk this earth Hallelujah! Those who long for, who look for His coming will rejoice for their lamps will be full of oil (the Holy Spirit). The rest will mourn His righteous coming.

2Ti 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Why are we simply waiting? Are we not occupied in the work that has been given to us using the power He has given us?

What, pray tell, did Jesus mean by these words?

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father." John 14:12

If those words are true... and we should believe that they are... why should we expect to have to wait for Jesus to return to accomplish "greater works" when we are given such a promise?

"And I will ask the Father and He will give you another Counselor to be with you forever - the Spirit of truth." (Jn 14:16-17)

Jesus' Spirit - the Holy Spirit/Spirit of Truth - is moving through the earth in great power as I write this and as you read it. Miracles are happening and people are coming to Christ in great numbers every day.
