Hi, my name is Amy. I'm glad to find a forum where people are truly seeking God and have a hunger for him. I long for fellowship with other christians. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.

Last July I was offered a position in my church as the Children's Pastor. For several years I knew that was where God wanted me but couldn't see how it would ever work without any college classes etc. I would argue with God about taking classes and didn't understand why it didn't seem right to do so. . . until one day out of the blue I was asked. God you are amazing!

The reason I tell you about this part of my life (as I tear up) is because I have such a burden for the lost and I need God to give me some direction. I need to know him so much more! Since starting this position Satan has stirred up so many issues with my family, church staff, my mind, it has been a real battle.

I need help getting through some of these things. I hope that I may also be able to be there for you guys also.
